Stayed here for 1 night, beautiful hotel with stunning views over the bay. Rooms were very beautifully decorated with comfy bed, lovely wee touches like a spare toothbrush/paste, staff an manager made us very welcome, great breakfast in the morning. A big shout out to Harry the night porter, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you guys for a wonderful stay ❤️ will definitely be back an will recommend to family & friends . See yous all soon.

Great service and wonderful staff. There was a dinner dance. Place was fantastic. 5 stars. I will be back for the breakfast. Proper brown bread And tea in a tea pot.. Touch of class. The view when the sun was out was out of this world.

Super views and an attractive bar, restaurant etc.
TBH the food was 'ok' (not great, not terrible) and the service was worst I've known there in over a decade (nobody asked if we wanted to order drinks with our meal, they forgot to take our order, nobody checked if the food was ok, we had to chase to order desert, nobody asked if we'd like coffees etc, and weirdly it wasn't wven busy). The vegetables were really quite bad considering it was Sunday lunch (frozen peas, carrots and one small potato croquette per person).
The great view (best /2nd best in town) makes up for the inadequacies.

I stayed at the Waterfront over the weekend when I was in town for my late father's funeral.
The staff were very welcoming and the service was truly amazing.
The hotel was spotlessly clean and the rooms were really comfortable.
The food on offer was top notch.
I would definitely recommend the Waterfront to anyone looking for a hotel in Donegal.
Absolutely 10/10 on everything they do.
