Linen weaver JD Wetherspoon was such a nice place for food and free refills of Coffee. Very great place to sit with a soulmate and on my own in recent years. Such a sweet memory 💖 from 2016 to 2018. Hard to believe Linen Weaver is closed now, would wish they can reopen sometime in near future. Good luck and Best wishes, Amarendra Ajaykumar Biochemistry Graduate, UCC, Cork .

Four Star Pizza

16/10/2025: went in at about 00:30 on Thursday the 16th to collect an order. the man at the counter was so so nice, he was super patient, really attentive with all the other customers too. I work in fast food too and if I was up at this hour working in the middle of town, my mood would not be this calm and zen. and my order was ready when I got there a few minutes early, so everyone in the kitchen was really hardworking too. its the morning now and im still thinking about it like how do they do it its insane. food tastes great too by the way! pizza was yummy, but this is mostly to appreciate the workers!!! stellar job guys

Sicilian Delights

18/04/2025: A wide variety of pastas and hot drinks but my favorite section to checkout every week is finding out what desserts and baked items they have on offer as its never the same and there is always something new to try. My favorite is the Orange cake, very simple but just the right amount of sweetness and softness. Wish the Paninis were also available here. Staff are also very friendly, especially the Asian lady. Overall a very consistent experience and hoping it remains so.
21/03/2025: Where have Sicilian Delights been all my life! Went to the Marina Market yesterday and asked for a Takeaway Lasagna. The lovely lady behind the counter packaged it all up for me. Gave me extra sauce in a cup and cheese with the reheating instructions on top - it was beyond divine and I'm a lasagna woman anywhere I see it (I'm on par with Garfield). It was so beyond my expectations - I'll be back for more every time when I'm in Cork every few weeks. The chef needs a pay rise for that quality of food!
