Weavers Rest in Loughrea legal town

2yrs ago I visited Weavers and had scone&coffee and as I had eaten dinner there 3 times in few months and wasn't impressed, I decided never again.... So two years later...On end june 2025, myself and a friend called in for dinner and the place looked lovely and more cosy, the staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful as they always are and the food was delicious. I had beef stroganoff with rice&chips and my friend had beef with gravy, chips&salad. (Chips here are moreish) Both dinners were Yum! We then ordered chocolate cake,icecream,cream and tiramisu,icecream,cream and coffee. Both again were delicious. Really delighted that Weavers have upped their game and I will be meeting more friends there soon.

2 salads bought, ingredients fresh and tasty, complimented by some lovely fresh brown bread! Service on point, very busy but all well handled… now understand why there was a queue, will be returning on any future visit and would highly recommend!

As you can see,5 stars for everything. Tasty breakfast and coffee...I'm just gonna say,the writing on the wall justified the taste of the coffee.
