And you feel welcome, indeed! Tiny cramped place with a nice whiskey selection and very creamy Murphy. One of the few pubs in town that open early in the morning. Check the schedule for live music in the evenings.

A very nice pub that lives up to its name: welcoming and friendly, we stopped by on St. Patrick's Day for a beer while waiting for the parade, it was a nice little moment!

Great atmosphere always, a good pint and a fair selection of whiskey . A traditional early house with a 7am opening time . Definitely worth a visit.

It opens early (around 7 AM most days), so you don’t have to wait until regular pub hours to grab a drink — a rarity in Cork. It’s warm, welcoming, and has that classic Irish pub feel, perfect for winding down or catching up with friends after work. I’ve been here a few times after late shifts and it’s always a solid start to the day
