Westgate Design in Wexford

Great food. Lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Always use Westgate when I am in Wexford. Busy spot but service is very efficient. Food choices and quality are top drawer. Staff very pleasant and the premises is spotlessly clean considering how busy it gets. Upstairs has salads whereas downstairs had full selection of hot and cold foods. Cannot go wrong here.

Used Westgate Design recently for private catering for a family party of 11 people at a nearby Airbnb. We booked dinner for 2 nights. both meals arrived perfectly on time and included bainmaries and heaters to keep the food hot. The food was beautiful. Everyone was raving about it. Darron was really helpful on the phone regarding choices. Highly recommend

The brownie was wonderful. The food was ok. It's definitely worth coming for the brownie.

Nice place, but the coffee was boiling hot like cooked in hell. Impossible to drink unless you have a metal palate. Obviously this ruins the taste of the coffee. I don't know about the food, we only had a coffee and a pan au chocolate.

Westgate is a hidden gem. Lovely, spacious restaurant with good quality food. Great for breakfast, lunch or tea/coffee and cake. Dropped one star for a couple of things, I feel the cake display should be covered and not so close to where people are queuing, breathing over the cakes and the alleyway you can walk down to the side entrance is filthy, particularly the lane way that leads to the carpark. Whether this is the Council's job or local businesses, something in general needs to be done to improve cleanliness around the town, especially with the Fleadh coming up again.

Returned to this establishment after a long time. It's a high-end gift shop, with items such as scarves,hats,jewellery, and other items I could go on. Well worth a perusal. It also sports a fantastic coffee dock, for want of a better description. Bye the bye their coffee is delicious. I had to close my eyes, passing the desserts and tempting sweet treats. Service was quick with plenty of seating on two levels.

Very good atmosphere, food style similar to Avoca but with more Indian/Moroccan options.

Food quality and choice excellent. Efficient service, pleasant staff.

Why advertise meals that have run out of by 2pm.. make more! Ordered 3 salads in the end which were delicious. Staff slow & sluggish.
