High quality fresh cod, a friendly atmosphere and perfect fries. I would recommend to detour if you wish to try well done fish and chips. The portions were great as well.

02/03/2025: The staff make this hotel a very special experience..from arrival to the in-betweens ..easy comfortable hotel with old school charm , manners and personality..Eve & Garry were the welcoming team & definitely set the tone for a very enjoyable stay ...well done all @landsdowne
04/02/2025: We stopped by chance in Kenmare during our roadtrip. We were looking for a place to drink a coffee but everything was closed. We walked in the lansdowne hotel to ask if we could drink something. The receptionist welcomed us warmly. The menu seemed so good that we couldn’t just drink a coffee! The waitresses were amazingly kind! We had a lovely time, ate a delicious breakfast for a good price! Thank you so much for your hospitality

12/10/2024: Acabo de comer algo en Foleys mientras veíamos el partido de rugby... ¡Definitivamente al personal le vendría bien un poco de destreza en "servicio al cliente" amigable al menos ofrecer una sonrisa! Propietario comiendo un postre sentado afuera en el mostrador, con otro joven miembro del personal a su lado con las piernas apuntaladas debajo del mostrador, ... mientras cenábamos ... tan poco profesional, en mi opinión. La comida estaba bastante bien, lástima que el servicio coincida. . . . . no se dio propina!
06/10/2024: Called in for a drink after a meal elsewhere, on a Saturday night. Great atmosphere, good beer and a superb singer who even sang Wagon Wheel by Old Crow Medicine Show. Highly recommended.
