WILD Restaurant in Ballinspittle

Fantastic experience all around. The restaurant is so comfortable and cozy. Great staff and the food was excellent. Had a thoroughly lovely time here. Had the fresh lobster croquettes starter, the tbone steak with blue cheese walnut sauce, the chocolate indulgence and a decaf cappuccino. A perfect Sunday treat!

Absolutely amazing fresh local fish dishes . We will be back . A hidden gem in west cork .

We split the mussels. They were terrific, we would recommend. It’s a bit out of the way, but definitely worth the drive.

This restaurant could be very good, if a few things could be refined. 1. I had the Hake which was delicious, however, I had a couple of bones which were quite large. 2. My partner had Mussels as a main, however, no empty bowl for the shells was provided, but other diners were provided the shell bowl. With no shell bowl, the dish was difficult to eat. 3. Service was slow and a bit cold. Perhaps it was because we were in the corner and forgotten about. Hence, providing feedback or asking questions was difficult in a nearly full restaurant and some event with loud music outside. Though the starter of spring rolls we had was delicious! We really want this restaurant to be as good as it can be and hope it continues to improve in the future.

Just came out, very satisfying, everything has the kind of wok flavor that Chinese people love, the temperature is touching! There are only two staff members, but they are very attentive. I ordered pasta twice, I was so crazy, it was really delicious.

Friendly restaurant set in an older building with outside seating and two floors of internal seating. I've had dinner several times here, and every time has been excellent. Pan fried hake is particularly good.

Fantastic food and great staff and atmosphere

What a great find! The food was superb, fresh and wonderful, the portions were generous and the service was impeccable. Can't say enough nice things about it and we'll definitely be back!
