Just back from a wonderful 2 night stay with breakfast, dinner, drink and chocolates. Fabulous hotel, food was AMAZING. And definitely pop in to Hazel in the bar, she is amazing 👏

Dawros Bay House

21/07/2025: Genuinely one of the best restaurant experiences I have ever had. The location is stunning and the food is incredible. Everything you eat is completely fresh and sourced right down the road. I got the seafood platter which had oysters, prawns, crab meat, crab claws, Mackrell, and battered fish. It is impossible to say what was the best part of the dish. It was incomparable to anything I have had before. My girlfriend had the lobster and agrees that it was by far the best seafood she has ever had in her life. If anyone is looking for a hidden gem that gives you a world class experience I recommend this place. I cannot believe it is not talked about more. Can't wait to come back.
14/07/2025: Apparently experiences at this place have varied, based on the mood of the 'patron', but the night we were there it was wonderful, especially the seafood. They even sent us off with some of their home made soap!

24/08/2025: Food was lovely smoothie was awful and service was poor. Lady in charge was obviously not happy to be there on a Sunday morning her bad mood set for a very bad atmosphere and 2 radio stations on at the same time led for a very uncomfortable Sunday morning ombionce. Very disappointing as food was lovely, but very strange and unhygienic that the chef was wearing latex gloves which made me question how clean his unwashed hands or unchanged gloves where !!!
