The staff is lovely, the restaurant itself is homely and warm and the food comes out very fast. The best part is the quality of the food and a truly amazing pizza. A perfect place for a quick solo meal, and would definitely come back with a larger party as well as alone.

If you are looking for a culinary experience that will surprise both pizza and pasta lovers, this restaurant is the ideal choice! The pizza, with its light and crunchy crust, is a true masterpiece: extremely fresh ingredients, bold combinations and a flavor that conquers at the first bite. The welcoming environment and attentive service complete the experience, making each visit a special moment. A place not to be missed for those who love good Italian cuisine, capable of enhancing each ingredient with passion and creativity. In short, both the pizza and the pasta are top, and this restaurant confirms itself as a point of reference for connoisseurs! Right in the center of Galway.

We wanted to have pizza for dinner, but Dough Brothers in Galway had a long line and we were a group of seven, so instead we made a reservation at Woozza and really enjoyed our experience. The restaurant is small and cozy and the pizza was delicious. It reminded us of some of the smaller restaurants we went to in Italy, a local place with good food for a very reasonable price. After eating a lot of pub food it was a nice change of pace.

This was the nicest gluten free pizza crust Iā€™ve ever had! So close to regular pizza. They also do their pastas gluten free so lots of choice. Really enjoyable and a great atmosphere in the restaurant

The Dough Bros

15/02/2025: The Dough Bros is a real gem! šŸ•šŸ”„ One of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. The dough is delicious, with a generous and tasty filling šŸ˜‹. The service is fast and pleasant, with a smiling and efficient team šŸ˜Š. The atmosphere of the place is friendly, perfect for having a good time with friends or family šŸ½ļøšŸ·. A great discovery that I recommend without hesitation to all pizza loversšŸ‘Œ. If you are passing through, don't miss this address, you will not be disappointed! šŸ¤©
15/02/2025: I recently visited this pizzeria, and while the food had its moments, the overall experience left room for improvement. First, the waiting time at the tills was very long, we waited 15 mins before we even had the chance to order and sit down, and the service at the till was just average. Be aware that you need to prepay for your meal, and they try to prompt you to leave a tip before youā€™ve even sat down, which felt a bit pushy. We ordered two pizzasā€”one "Canā€™t Banh Mi Love" and one "Hail Caesar"ā€”along with two lagers. The first pizza arrived after about 20 minutes, but the second one didnā€™t come until another 10 minutes later. This was disappointing because my partnerā€™s pizza had gone cold by the time mine arrived. One thing to note is that the pizza dough seemed intentionally burnt as part of their style, as I noticed all the other customersā€™ pizzas were the same. While some might enjoy this charred flavor, I personally found that it overpowered the other ingredients at times, which was unfortunate given how creative and flavorful the toppings were. That said, when not overshadowed by the burnt dough, the pizzas were still delicious! They werenā€™t the best Iā€™ve ever had (and Iā€™ve tried a lot), but theyā€™d definitely make it into my top 10. Overall, while the food had potential, issues with service, timing, and their burnt dough detracted from what could have been a perfect dining experience.
