Yew Tree Restaurant in

During our Hotel stay we had a special evening, so we chose the Yew Tree Restaurant despite the priciness, and we were definitely not disappointed. Location is a rather old-fashioned small hall but not too overwhelming design and more moderate color compo. We had the 4-course, which is our strong recommendation, since it comes with bread/butter and small, nice amuse-bouche and petit-four before/after the starter-main-dessert. There are vegetarian options. The waiter was as you can expect in such a fine location, very polite and attentive, but not intrusive, overall very pleasant. No issue or comment when we did not everything completely correct (e.g. struggle with which fork/knive to use). When serving each course there was a little "show" of pouring soups, broth and sauces. The meals were of course of less amount but we were not hungry afterwards. Very nicely arranged, i really liked that, please refer to the photos. Great souffle!
