Was just looking for a quick bite after working the Brian Boru festival and was blown away by the Pizza from here! Top quality stuff, better than you get from most restaurants

The Anchor Inn

20/06/2026: We stopped in to visit with the pub greeter, Tiny, who by all appearances is the Mayor of this fine village! ☘â˜ș Very friendly greeting by the owner, patrons, and dogs!
20/06/2026: Best pub in the area. Great beer selection and wonderful owners who will share a wealth of knowledge. Everyone is welcome. The locals are lovely and so kind. You are safe and looked after here, I promise. Take the weight off your feet, order a pint and chill out. Very clean, traditional, pub with a great pool table. Lots of parking opposite and big TV screens. It’s dog friendly also which is fantastic.
