Me and my friend recently visited Zaiqa Roscommon, and honestly, we found it to be the best among all the Zaiqa branches we’ve tried so far. I’ve also visited the ones in Tullamore, Ballinasloe, and Galway, and I would definitely rank Zaiqa Roscommon as No.1, followed by Galway at No.2.
Their manager (Mr. Sajid) & staff, especially the one who took our order (Mr. M.Ishtiaq), they were all extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional. The food was absolutely up to the mark, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully served. They even brought us an extra dish that we hadn’t ordered and offered it complimentary, which was such a lovely gesture.
And the tea was amazing — it truly reminded me of the tea back home in Pakistan. Everything, including the environment around us, also the lovely music were so good & the experience was superb, especially the behaviour and hospitality of the staff, which I believe matters the most.
Highly recommended!

We were on a short stay in Roscommon and ate at this restaurant twice it was so good! The staff are so welcoming, friendly, very professional and efficient. Great attention to detail like lovely warmed plates and complimentary poppadums with 3 dips which is unusual to get now in restaurants as usually you would need to pay for these. The menu is very reasonably priced. You can bring your own wine and beer and there is no corkage charge which is a great plus. The food is absolutely amazing and the best we've ever had. The first night we had Aloo Tikki for starter. For mains Goan fish curry which was fabulous and the addition of the curry leaves really made it taste so authentic and southern Indian. Also we had Bombay Aloo and Paneer Chilli Masala we also had a Kashmiri Naan which I've never seen on a menu before and it was lovely as was the pillau rice which was a very generous portion and truly the best pillau rice we've ever had. The second night we had the Chef Meat Platter to share for starters. For mains we shared the Zhinga Zafrani which was amazing. And we had sides of Palak Paneer and Tarka Dal and pillau rice and a Chapati all very delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant for the food and service. Special compliments to the Chef as the food is a credit to you, keep up the good work. We look forward to visiting this restaurant again when in Roscommon just wish you had a branch in Dublin!

Absolutely fantastic food and service. Caters for vegetarian. This was my first visit but I was surrounded by regular repeat customers. The place was busy even for a week night! I can highly recommend Zaiqa and will definitely be visiting again.

Dublin lad here, have to stop in here any time I’m up this neck of the woods. Top class Indian. Especially noteworthy was Saj, unbelievable service. Even offered to remake a dish when it was too spicy. 10/10.

The food was sooo good. Great menu! Food was fresh, tasty & presented beautifully.
Staff were attentive, but not annoyingly so, friendly & helpful.
It was early on a busy Saturday evening so we lucked out getting a table. My advice book in advance if you can.
