09/10/2026: Terrible service - will never visit again. Orders get lost and delayed. I have previously had bad experiences at this outlet where they did not receive my online orders. On both occasions I placed the order online, got an expected collection time and when I arrived, they had no record of my order. Even after showing my receipt the staff tried to convince me that I must have sent the order to another store. On the first occasion I waited for my food and put it down to bad luck. The second time the exact same thing happened. This time I took a refund and complained to supermacs via social media. I got no response. I should have learned from these experiences but the kids like the pizza from Papa John's. This evening I went to the Mallow store and ordered 2 pizzas at 19:35. I was told that the order would take 10-15 mins. I was happy to wait. After 30 mins I was starting to get a bit impatient but they were busy so ok . I then noticed that people who arrived a long time after me were getting their pizza orders while there was no sign of mine. After 40 mins of waiting I went to the til and enquired about my order. I was told it would be another 5.mins. what followed was 4 staff members looking at a screen and I knew then that my order was lost again. At 20.24 [49 mins after placing my order) I asked for a refund. The supervisor again told me that my pizza was almost ready. I replied that I no longer wanted the pizzas and wanted a refund. They refused to refund to my card and would only refund by cash. As my refund was being issued, the staff found 2 pizza boxess which I had noticed on the shelf at the pizza station approx 30 mins before. These were my pizzas which they then offered to give me. I refused as I expect my food to be freshly prepared and served when ready - not kept for more than 30 mins under a lamp. I refusedman offer of replacement food and will never visit this store again.
