All though sometimes they give u the wrong order..........=here i am nearly 12 months later and I can't say I'm impressed I would give it a 2/10 the chips taste like pre made and are soggy the chicken tenders are so soggy they were like water
I taught you would improve but you clearly didn't I will be back in 12 months for another review hope it improves.............=

19/08/2024: Very surprised when asking for VAT receipt that they said they don't give VAT receipts or nor did they seem to care, I asked nicely why that was the case and was told by the manager, "I don't control the tills if you want a recept, that's how they come ". (Very dismissive)
Not good enough supermacs , I may have to email head office to express my concerns...staff lovely, manager not helpful at all.
20/07/2024: Chips consistently undercooked. Here’s a breakdown about the last 4 times we ordered.
1st time we let it slide and binned the chips at home.
2nd time, we phoned and they had to send out more chips to our house that were cooked.
3rd time, we gave the feedback as we ordered and they were fine as a note was made.
4th time… here’s the review.
We give up.

15/08/2024: The location is absolutely filthy, bins are always overflowing all tables are constantly dirty even when quiet. Eating here is taking your life into your hands as its that dirty you would need a tetnis shot after.
Extremely disappointed.
