05/07/2026: What’s the point in ordering online, says it would be ready for collection, I ordered online as I was on break at work, well thanks Supermacs Oranmore for messing that one up. Never again would I order online, useless concept. Pat Mcdonagh would want to have a look personally at the place, terrible operation.

Supermacs is great I love it - but the delivery service is really slow in Athenry. I know it's probably busy as hell, but 1.5 hours is too long to wait for an order to arrive. It's annoying because I want to order, I like Supermacs, but we don't wanna go out and grab the food sometimes, but it's literally not worth it unless you order like 2 hours in advance. We won't be ordering online anymore - Will still get collection sometimes because let's be honest - Supermacs is the best

15/06/2026: Terrible flies are so annoyed that I can't finish my supermac. I feel so upset, so angry, so frustrating those staffs do not think of customer health safe eat. Thank a lot of terrible waste for terrible over cooked and some chips brown onion rings burned and very oily terrible worse place I ever see. You need to get that fixed. Hope one day inspection will close this terrible supermac.
03/06/2026: Ordered 2 Cod and chips for takeaway, they came as 3 fish fingers and barely cooked chips very disappointed. Won't be going back.

11/08/2025: I was there Sunday the 10th of August at 8.43am and the gentleman who served me, known as Lee Whelton was a brilliant worker, knows the running of the place and was so very helpful he was a star ⭐️!!
