09/09/2026: What an absolute pleasure it was visiting Supermac’s in Oranmore! The manager is truly exceptional and deserves recognition for the wonderful way he runs this store. Having run many businesses myself, I know how much hard work, attention to detail and genuine leadership it takes to create a well-run operation. It was immediately clear that this manager takes pride in his work and leads his team with professionalism, warmth and care. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the whole experience reflected a manager who genuinely knows how to run a business. Great leadership makes all the difference, and it certainly shows here. A huge thank you to the manager and his team. Supermac’s is very fortunate to have someone of his calibre representing the business. We’ll absolutely be back, and I would highly recommend this Oranmore store to anyone. Five stars, well deserved! ⭐️

04/09/2026: Said I’d give it another go, but let me tell you, no improvement, staff come across as rude, the woman behind the counter even forgot to give me my drink with the large chicken breast sandwich meal, that I ordered, when I said I didn’t get my drink, she did you order a drink? I said yes I did, but no communication skills at all. Got my drink with little hassle and the quality of the food compared to other Supermac’s is evidently of a low standard, I know it’s a fast food restaurant, but come on!
