My friends and I were denied entry by the door staff, who claimed we were drunk even though we were completely sober. This experience felt very disrespectful and, frankly, discriminatory. We were looking forward to visiting your bar, but the way we were treated at the door was unacceptable and disappointing. I hope you take this feedback seriously, as it reflects on the atmosphere and customer experience before people even enter the venue. I am open to returning in the future if the issue with the door staff is addressed, but I do not want my feedback dismissed. Thank you.
