01/04/2025: I want to thank Kevin and the staff at Supermacs Maynooth for accommodating a large order for myself and my team at Intel.. We placed an order for €275 on the 31/03/2025, and not a single item was missed or overlooked, this was also during a busy time, as the store was packed when we arrived... Annoyingly I had to place the order with company card to expense this order, and I had no cash of mh own to give, otherwise I would have, as a tip was well deserved - I will for sure next time..
Great work guys - very professional throughout, and all the staff here at Intel were very happy with their food... Thank you 😊

11/03/2025: Rudest person serving. Asked what soup was on today and she just points to notice board. Other order for tomato and cheese toastie, she says ‘On’…
bringing food to tables and she walks through people queuing without as much as an ‘excuse me’. Manager needs to have a good chat with this person. Younger staff were much more friendly with customers.
21/01/2025: I was there at lunch time today. I ordered a roll. I eat the same one in obriens liffey valley all the time, they even know what I order before I go up . Today in manor Mills the girl was confused when I asked for my roll anyway, it was completely stale like as if it was sat there days. When I brought it back and told the girl it was stale she replied "yeah but you didn't want it toasted" so I mentioned no I wanted a fresh roll and this was really stale like REALLY stale. She said again "yeah but you said you didn't want it toasted". So in order to not have a stale roll it had to be toasted. Not the standards of obriens I'd be used to, I always eat I'm liffey v or the jervis as I'm an autistic creature of habit so i know this is bad standards. I then ordered a blt as the woman wasn't impressed that I didn't want to eat my stale roll and she could of fixed it by toasting it. Anyway, my blt was made fresh... on stale bread I could of broke my tooth!
