15/08/2025: We visited The Butcher on our anniversary dinner. My better half really like the industrial style decor. Plenty of cocktails options but most importantly the food - cowboy steak, fantastic and cooked to order ( not always the case in other places) , sauce was delicious. She got fillet steak and the meat was tender and velvety. Definite recommendation!
