28/03/2024: Really good hearty thai food after a long day of site seeing hit the spot. I got the red curry fried dish and it was really good. Fresh veggies, chicken, and spicy sauce. Service was great too. Call ahead and book a spot / make a reservation. This place gets busy... for good reason.

13/05/2024: In my whole life I have never before eaten such a good asian vegan food. We were in Cork for vacation and enjoyed every second in this restaurant. They had an extra vegan card and were very friendly to help with our questions. The location was nice and cosy, in a quiet little street. We enjoyed it very much.
08/05/2024: Great venue, great vibe. Young team who are attentive and customer focused. Had the chicken noodle soup, Thai hot. Great flavour and heat bang on. Despite the requested spice, still very well balanced. Overall it was a superb meal.

10/03/2024: We only managed to get starters which was very tasty but we were waiting so long for our main course that we ended up cancelling it unfortunately. I would recommend if you do go that you have plenty of time.
30/12/2023: I had the misfortune of ordering takeout from this restaurant over the weekend - never again.
Every dish was so bland, it was as if they had forgotten to season anything. We ordered Pad Thai, and it was the worst pad Thai I've ever had. Half the box was huge pieces of rubbery inedible chicken.
By far and away, one of the worst takeaway meals I've ever had. At the cost, I was expecting much higher quality food - wasted 40+ euro on this food that we couldn't eat. We ended up ordering from somewhere else instead.

17/03/2024: I rarely review places, but I had to pop in a review for Ramen. The food is great, prices are decent and the building is bright and easily accessible with kids and buggies. What makes the place is that the service is next level. Polite helpful and efficient. Very impressed

14/01/2024: Kubos closed towards the end of 2023 with zero notice to their loyal customers when they shut their doors - either in store, on social media, or online. They eventually put a sheet of A4 paper on their window to say that the establishment was undergoing refurbished and will be open again soon. Shocked to see its now gone and another generic taco chain has opened in its place. Horribly disappointing professionalism by the owner of Kubos on the run up to their exit from Douglas after all these years
