14/12/2024: I went here to celebrate my birthday and everything was perfect, the food was delicious and service- all the people working there were smiling throughout and very very humble and friendly. Food was made to our requirements -vegan and vegetarian options and definitely visiting here again as I need to try their crunchy carrot salad and once again eat those druken noodles 🫶🍽️😛

29/11/2024: No Booking Available & Cash Only If it's the first time, hard to know what to do...but just go to the cashier and order&pay(cash). Not sure what happens if you couldn’t get a seat afterwords. I would recommend going here by yourself or 2, but nothing bigger. (I would say possible but hard) Pho was great and the server was efficient and helpful! Will be back for some other menu as well

12/01/2025: We fancied Asian food (I'm Asian my bf is Dutch). So this restaurant is just a few walk from our hotel. My bf ordered Malaysian style beef with a side of fried rice (picture of the with rice). I could not even see the egg inside thought it was just white rice. But if you look closely there is some egg in it. Nothing fried about it if you ask me. I ordered nasi goreng aka fried rice (see the difference). Food was nice. Very friendly waiters. 7/10

29/12/2024: I have been looking forward to eating Pho after coming back from Turkiye. Pho is my comfort food as Ramen to others. This would have been my first one here in Dublin and I really really wanted to like the place. My Pho tasted excellent. The food to price ratio was also totally fine for me, considering all that meat I got. As I used to work for a Vietnamese Restaurant in Germany as well as I have been in both Hanoi and Hồ Chí Minh, my Pho dac Biet almost reminded me of that trip of mine. Now, of course I can't compare the prices neither to Germany most especially not to Vietnam but I was really disappointed of the treatment we've received today. First, I thought we should book a table because I've heard that the restaurant is almost always full and sure enough, we've been seated between 4 friendly looking but for my partner a bit too loud Filipinas that kinda reminded me of home and an Irish woman to our right/left. The waitress took her time to serve us. Even had time to serve the food of the 4 Filipinas as well as for the Irish Woman. And when we finished eating, it also took time for the waitresses to check up on us. The Irish Woman, had her coffee and her dessert, she was able to pay already as well as two german women came in and sit on where she was sitting, we still haven't gotten our table cleaned nor we have been asked if we wanted desserts. I would have loved to but I really felt like we were invisible for both the Manager and the waitress. The two german women was able to order, got their drinks and even got their meals before I could get a hold of the Manager to tell her that we would like to pay and even that, did not prompt her to give us the bill nor clean our table. New guests came in and she'd totally forgotten our bill. My partner got up and went to the cashier to pay. I don't know what happened there but the waitress already looked very pissed and was almost throwing the dishes from the tables to the trays. I mean, yes, we were sitting in between of a 4 seater table as well as a two seater one but that doesn't mean that we were totally invisible as we literally were just in front of them... The Manager was friendly at first but she didn't even smile nor organized properly. As someone who used to work as a waitress as well as a food service Manager, I was taught to give the bill to the guests that are about to go first. You shouldn't be caring so much of the people that are just arriving or you can perhaps just gesture that you'd attend to them as soon as you are done with your guests, whilst you mentally count how many persons they will be and how many tables you will need. This is supposed to be universal. My partner did not like his food so much, perhaps it was the way it was marinated but he is not as fond as me of Pho either, if we have been treated more like they have treated western looking people in front of us, he would probably looked past that and would have gotten something else next time but I doubt we'll ever come back again.

01/01/2025: It is eaten very well and quite cheap, the miso soup is delicious. In the store they have very interesting products at good prices.

01/01/2025: We were visiting the area and they managed to fit us in for New Year's Eve. The restaurant had a lovely friendly atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious; full of flavour, fresh and beautifully presented. I felt well catered for with gluten allergy, plenty of choice and allergies clearly labelled. I'd highly recommend a visit.

22/11/2024: Vivir en D 15 y solía ir regularmente y supongo que se cansó del lugar. La comida es buena y el personal es encantador. El comedor es apretado y el menú parece ofrecer menos opciones, pero todavía más opciones que muchos restaurantes en la actualidad. El restaurante podría hacer un cambio de imagen en esta etapa. Disfrutamos de nuestra última comida allí y recomendaría el restaurante.

06/01/2025: The host/server was very lovely and attentive The food came quickly (only had a 30min break) and was very delicious, doubted the price when I sat down but everything was fresh and good quality so I didn’t mind and also big ass portion One of the nicest bowls of pho in Dublin

19/01/2025: Really nice and authentic cuisine! The service is very quick and friendly, the food is flavorful and has the right amount of spice (plus more if you ask for it) and it’s a very cute dining area. We ate here twice in our 5 day stay!

17/01/2025: Absolutely delicious, and if you are into spicy food you'll definitely be satisfied! As Canadians, we didn't really understand what a spice bag is but knew of it from the internet. It was excellent though, glad we shared one with our meal! We got there early and the place filled up fast, it's a really cute spot and we really dug the rustic decor. Check it out if you're about!!
