04/11/2025: Came here a few times already ever since I was Young. I came here with my friend for who is his first time and it was packed. The food was still delicious as always and so CHEAP TOO. The drinks are so nice and refreshing I just didn’t like the fact that it’s so small and so packed. Overall experience, we’ll be back. Continue what you guys are doing 👏 Don’t forget it’s CASH ONLY!!!!

13/08/2025: We came across this restaurant by chance while searching online for a nearby Thai restaurant when staying in Dublin for a night. I’m so glad we went here . We walked in after 9 to a full restaurant which is always a good sign. We were seated and served our food and drinks within minutes . The food was outstanding. !!! Delicious satay chicken to start followed by a duck red curry and a chicken Pen ang curry. Both were so fragrant and creamy and just delicious. We cleared our plates. Dessert was a Thai banana fritter one of a big choice of desserts. Again excellent. I would highly recommend this lovely restaurant. A lovely unexpected treat !!!

The response from Jenny that rodent activity was not present in food handing areas is completely ant odds to report published online, extract below. It confirms Rodent activity was identified in food handling areas including droppings in kitchen, dry goods storage, wash up and kitchen corridor. Don’t mislead the public/customers and compound the issue by lying. “Regulation (EC) no. 852/2004 Annex Il Chapter | (2c); Chapter IX (4) Pest Control Procedures There was evidence of rodent activity in food handling areas of the premises including rodent droppings found in the kitchen area, dry goods storage area, the wash up area and the back kitchen corridor. A report from Pest control dated 19/9/25 confirmed 'light activity' at the premises but there was no subsequent pest control reports available. rodents are known to carry a range of harmful food pathogens (including salmonella) which they spread via droppings, urine, saliva and on their bodies. Nobody at the premises was trained or supervised adequately to realize that food handling should have been stopped where rodent activity was evident. Your pest control contractor should complete visits over the coming days to eliminate the presence of rodents and provide expert guidance on required proofing. Cleaning of droppings should take place immedietely and also deep cleaning and sanitizing should also take place of the whole premises as dried urine could remain on surfaces. Evidence will be sought to ensure that all recommendations made by the pest control contractor to the food business have been complied with.” WARNING: updated 2 weeks post original review. I got really ill shortly after getting take away from this location. Lasted a day or so. To my horror I discovered today the restaurant was recently served a closure notice for evidence of active rodent issues in kitchen, wash up area and prep, dry storage locations! Vile! 🤢🤢 Original review: Perfect place to go for lukewarm & re-heated food. I ordered in the takeaway and was surprised to get my food within 5mins… Understood why when I got home. Live around the corner so no opportunity for food to go cold on way home. Meat portions are poor also. Overall very mediocre and seriously overpriced. I have been about 4 times and it’s always been poor

12/11/2025: Zero surprise the Food Safety Authority shut them down. Poor hygiene is unacceptable. Good job by the FSA.

12/11/2025: The food is great, good vegetarian options if that’s what you need and the staff are quite nice. Music was a bit loud and there where some fake plants, but that might of just been where we where sitting.

15/10/2025: One of the worst Camile to visit. Very dirty, tables were sticky, bin bag was overfilled. Just smells like the rubbish bin ( I sat very close to it) Floor was sticky as if someone spilled something sticky and just left there. Cutleries were not washed properly, very gross. I had to use the chopstick. Also the main was tiny portion and almost 17 euro, very poor egg fried rice, and they charged me for extra one euro. Won’t be visiting again.

18/11/2025: I order regularly from Camile but it has gone down in quality. Today I ordered green chicken curry. The chicken as inedible. Definitely wasn't fresh. There was minimal green curry sauce. I essentially paid €14 for rice and veg. Extremely disappointed and I won't be returning to Camile Tallaght.

22/11/2025: My girlfriend and I were yesterday evening to have dinner. Lovely place to eat in Dun Laoghaire. The place was absolutely cozy. The service was really fast and the food was sooo good The staff were really kind. Definitely we are repeating.

29/11/2025: The place is fine, it's clean. Good music. But the food was horrific. I got a chicken spicebag. It was dry and chewy, and felt old since at least a week ago. Barely got any peppers in it and no onions(which it says it does come with). And most of the potatoes were charred to complete blackness.The curry sauce I got with it tasted nice but had the consistency of water.The Camille thai in Santry is much better than this one, I wouldn't waste my time here if I were you.

16/11/2025: Keep count of your items and order. Bill might surprise you. Though the food was good, the billing was wrong and charged extra. On top min 15%- 30% tip is expected. That is acceptable but for misappropriation in bills. NO. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. Tourist trap.

19/10/2025: The early menu is decent in terms of value & options. The a la carte has plenty of authentic Thai dishes. Our group were all pleased (though the chips didn't seem to go down well). The cocktails on offer were the usual with some house specials. The interior are lovely & staff are quick, attentive & friendly. The vibes are a bit touristy & notions.
