21/12/2024: Been here several times but this is the first time I get around to reviewing it.
Excellent food and amazing flavours all around. The prices are so so reasonable for the food. The mains always come with some sides (it’s Korean food after all!). Second to none service and even though the restaurant has a “posh” ambiance, the vibe is super relaxed. Ideal place for a casual lunch or dinner or a gathering of friends over Korean Bbq( veg options available)
2024 update: Just as good but the service was a bit slow. We had the kimchi jiggae and fried chicken. Both were really good. The kimchi jiggae vegetarian option didn’t have many vegetables. Rice was super fluffy and well cooked
20/12/2024: Excellent food in a cute setting. For K-BBQ they bring a hot plate to the table and you have get your own ingredients from a buffet. There’s a button on each table to call the servers, but they were a bit slow to respond.

15/10/2024: Noodle bar located within the EPIC building off the river Liffey. Shuts early at 5.30 so more a day time eatery.
Ordered chicken pad Thai and a vegetable pad Thai. Order came in sealed cardboard containers with the vegetarian meal labelled ‘veg’. So far so good but unfortunately the veg container contained the chicken and the supposed meat meal contained the veg. Luckily my partner found this out before she had eaten any meat. Took back to the counter, explained their mistake but only received a grudging acknowledgment. The meal itself was closer to being a’pot noodle’ and we could not recommend this place at all.
08/10/2024: One of the best Pad Thai I’ve had in Dublin so much of flavour, the portions are big and reasonably priced.

29/07/2024: Don't know from where the positive ratings do come from!? It took almost 15min before someone came to take my order. I had a drink, starter and main course which came after another 40min... except the drink which I had to remind them and then was brought after I was half through my meal.
The chicken Masala was ok but not really tasty. The Nan bread was dry and more like a carton. The waitress was not unpolite but very distant w/o a smile in her face (perhaps she had a bad day!?). Also the ambience of the restaurant was not really comfortable.
At least it was long ago since I've been at such disappointing restaurant. The only thing on the positive side was the prices which are low compared to Dublin level.

02/11/2024: Very cool place. I visited Dublin for traveling and saw the front window say that you can order as much as you want so I decided to give it a try. All of the workers here were very welcoming and the food was amazing! Highly recommend.
31/07/2024: Wrong food delivered. Didn't answer the phone when I called several times to ask about the wrong order. Drove to the shop and there was a crowd of customers, eating in and ordering take out, complaining about extreme wait times, wrong food and poor service. The single most negative experience I have ever had with a restaurant

26/11/2024: Not too sure why they leave the doors fully open at all times. Freezing to sit into the place.
14/11/2024: Absolutely awful food. Ordered half a duck and got less than a breast sized amount of duck that hadn’t even been seasoned.
The sweet and sour was 5 pieces of boiled chicken in mildly sweet and sour water. The spice box came without curry sauce and the chips were stale, and the Penang noodles hadn’t been cooked properly- as someone of Malaysian descent, this was unacceptable.
Would NEVER order from here again and would advise others to avoid as it’s a complete waste of money.

15/12/2024: Ordered off just eat today !!!I must say the staff are really cheeky from the girl on the phone that was absolutely lost and the guy that wasn’t a bit professional and didn’t even get out of the car to bring the food to the door!!Really bad service and this is not the first time this happened!!!awful and never again!!They didn’t even finalise my order on just eat so that i couldn’t leave them a review!!If i could put 0 ,I really would!!!
20/11/2024: Half decent food, but my god you wouldn’t want to be depending on this place for a fast delivery. Constantly take over an hour each time I order to deliver my food. And when you call them for an update, they fob you off each time with the same excuse they your order left “10 mins ago”. Absolutely ridiculous and very poor service

23/11/2024: The food was not at all flavorful, except for the salt and pepper chicken. Other than that the curry and rice were absolutely disgusting.
17/11/2024: I order from here when I get an opportunity. I’ve always really enjoyed their take away. This evening I’ve picked up beef noodle chop suey, salt & chilli wings and cheese & chicken rolls. Order placed on website. Ready to pick up in 15 mins. Delicious meal! Staff are always very nice and friendly.

11/10/2024: Quality has dropped drastically here recently. The Tikka masala was inedible - reheated stringy chicken in a Campbells tomato soup sauce. It's a shame to see what was once a good restaurant lower their standards so much. Will never be ordering from here again.
10/10/2024: Something has changed in The Bombay Pantry Fairview. Dishes used to be thick and flavourful you could see they used several ingredients. It was the best most authentic Indian I knew. This is now the second time I have ordered from Fairview and found the dishes thin and watery. On arrival the staff in the kitchen seemed to be having an argument among themselves. Disappointing experience I will be looking elsewhere in future. The photo is of the full portion of chicken korma I collected tonight, you can even see in a photo there is no body to the sauce.
