22/12/2025: Fantastic experience; everything was prepared to perfection and the cuisine had rich, genuine flavors. The personnel was attentive, kind, and made us feel very welcome. The service was excellent. I heartily suggest this Indian restaurant to anyone searching for delicious food and first-rate service. I will most certainly return!

21/09/2025: Ordered vegetables samosas and barely any vegetables in them. Butterfly prawns minuscule dip accompanied them and chicken tenders bland and to top it all off all arrived cold. So disappointed.

11/11/2025: It just didn’t really suit my personal taste. Even though I ate there, I was given my food in a to-go box. I’m not sure if that’s normal, but I found it a bit strange because I was expecting it to be served on a plate. So that just felt a bit odd to me. The food was okay, but I thought it was quite expensive for what you actually got in the end. I’ve had larger portions for less money before — both where I’m from and also here in Dublin in general. I personally wouldn’t recommend it. That’s just my opinion. I had read other reviews before, so I was curious and wanted to give it a try. But it just didn’t really match my personal taste.

11/10/2025: The food is good but the delivery can be all over the place and they often get the orders wrong. When you ring back about incorrect orders/long delivery times the staff aren't very helpful or don't provide any solutions. I used to like Mr Chen's but I will be ordering elsewhere in the future, I have had too many issues ordering from here.

23/12/2025: DO NOT ORDER HERE! I ordered two spice bags and salt chilli chicken balls (paid for extras chicken in both spice bags) After they came it was so plain I could have made frozen chips and chicken myself. When called up they were shouting in the background over it because I was unhappy. They then at first refused a refund. Then wanted me to bring it back when I had paid for delivery? Then wanted to only give me 20% off my next order. Eventually it ended in them coming getting it looking at the food and berating me over the phone saying there was nothing wrong and I kept photos as proof! It was honestly disgraceful I have never had such a bag experience in my life and there behavior was appalling. Don’t even bother checking this place out
