They have no people skills & how to treat customers & don't deserve to be employed in an establishment where there are a variety of customers who these nasty staff think that they can shout at & misbehave with! Ridiculous. 18.3.22 Tasty food & a pleasant waitress with whom a chat was had about unpleasant & cold staff who do no justice to the Cafe nor the hospitality business! 4.9.22 Tasty food & slightly better service. 2.11.22 Tasty food & friendly service by the owner as well. 11.11.22 Tasty food but has now started charging for small pots of sauces! 14/11/2024: Delightfully crispy chicken in the snack box, chips are fluffy but a little under done for me. Place is spotless and service is prompt , definitely a great place to get supper / lunch while waiting for nct

26/01/2025: It's my fault for giving the Savoy another go. This chipper has been here for 30 odd years I'd say if not more. Used to be the go to place, slightly higher prices but the quality was tops. Nowadays it's just really bad. The food is awful, the delivery time takes an age and it's just not worth it. So many other spots that are better in the area. Got a fish box that each portion was the size of your baby finger and 98% undercooked batter. The chips were ok but everything felt undercooked. Would love for them to go back to how they used to but won't be getting from here again.

31/12/2024: Nice food for even nicer prices. Friendly staff. Awesome that they are open late hours! Has good Vegetarian options.

22/01/2025: So I ordered the 6 piece chicken tenders and chips when I bit into the chicken tender it was pink and I was up all night getting sick due to the fact that I had ate 3 already I checked the other 2 they were also pink

07/01/2025: Friendly staff and very accommodating Restaurant and toilets are always clean. Never can complain about the food always fresh and tasty.
