02/03/2026: I have eaten there before. Food is good. Unfortunately on this occasion I had a very poor experience with one of the staff member at 18:30 on 28/02/26. I have a speech impediment, when I went up to tell the staff member that we had a reservation, he was not in any way shape or form polite. He did not say hello to us. I told him that I had a reservation for 18:30. He asked what was the name, I had a verbal block. He then presided to rush me after I told him that I needed a second. Regardless of me having a stutter. This is disguising customer service.
We left as a without eating result. As we did not feel comfortable eating in his presence

17/03/2026: Went out for my friends birthday all you can eat we had went to the main course i ordered a beef and black bean sauce with cow main but it on the big plate there was a big long blonde hair in my food I went up to the young girl that was waiting on are table an showed her she accused me of putting it on my food when there clearly was camera's just over our table i told her check the cameras and she wouldnt i have red hair my other friends had red and black hair
