28/07/2025: We always go to this restaurant nearly every week. And normally have a great experience here. But Saturday the 26th of July we went here as a group of 7. We had booked in and everything. And we waited 1hr and 30mins for starters to come out of the kitchen and an additional 1 hour for mains to come out. very disappointed with the service. And above all anything else we went here for a birthday , brought a cake , which was in perfect condition before bringing it here but no one put it in the fridge and after it sitting out for 3hrs it was completely spilt and inedible. We did try to eat it but was no point, we would be sick if we did. And following on from that we were overcharged by €55 which we only realised after, pen to paper writing things down doesn’t work for big tables, should be a till system that prints a receipt with correct prices. Highly disappointed as we always come here.

02/01/2025: When I tried the curry sauce and spicy bag of this restaurant, I couldn't forget the super box. I had to eat it every day, and the chef always smiled at the customers! Spicy bags are highly recommended.

20/07/2025: Ordered a few times from here before and always been good but tonight the beef black bean was old and chewy and covered in some kind of oil. It was honestly not great to eat.

26/01/2025: I ordered a takeaway tonight, it arrived one hour after ordering ( that was not the problem) I understand that they were very busy. The guy taking the order couldn’t have been nicer he was extremely polite and friendly, however when the food arrived it was lukewarm the temperature that you would feed to a baby! When I rang to inform the restaurant that the food was lukewarm, I was put on to a Chinese man that was extremely rude,he asked me what I wanted him to do about it! I informed him that I wasnt looking for a freebie and that I just wanted to let them know that the food was cold and that maybe I was the last on the delivery list ( I live 10 minutes away from the shop ) and to my utter shock and disbelief he said “ I don’t believe you,you must be lying! ) Unbelievable!!! Never again. Back to Bennys for me.

11/05/2025: Place has gone to the dogs. Ordered a mega box and got a box full of left over crap, tiny piece of a rib, box was 90% of reheated chips that obviously had been siting all day, chicken wings looked like they would poison you. Disgusting, will never order again, used to love the food here

22/03/2025: Absolutely disgusting food the BBQ ribs weren't burnt very little meant on them they tried to cover it with sauce. I asked for a chicken chow mein and got chicken fried rice. and when rang to complain got a very rude person on the phone and the only thing they offered was prawn crackers will never be going there again and will advising people to stay clear off the place. Very rude staff and owner
