30/10/2024: Had dinner here today, customer service was excellent, seated us quick even though extremely busy. Kids meals were fab, mussels for 7.50 and special was delicious, pan fried seabass with herb mashed potato that I'd love the recipe for! The fish and chips were best I've had too. Beautiful food with great service in an amazing setting
29/10/2024: A very pleasant pub with a beautiful view of the bay. The fish and chips and beef stew are excellent.

08/10/2024: Margaret is easily the most impressive Publican in Ireland! She had complete control of her bar on a busy Sunday evening all on her own, pouring drinks for regulars as they walked in the door, all whilst making Irish Coffees and some cocktails for tourists.
And she always has time to stop, chat and have the craic.
A fantastic selection of whiskeys and a cosy space to boot; this is the best bar in Clare, hands down.

04/09/2024: I had a quarter pound cheese burger here. Cooked to perfection. Also had garlic pizza bread with cheese also cooked to perfection, the base was very tasty. Prices were reasonable too

15/09/2024: Lovely cosy hotel in a beautiful setting. Spotless comfortable rooms and amazing enthusiastic staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Great value for money. Lovely food. Good parking near the hotel. Great atmosphere in the bar at night with music. Would highly recommend this hotel.
