12/07/2025: Very nice hotel…very nice staff…

07/07/2025: Very helpful reception staff. Stayed in this hotel after my flight was cancelled. I had a video conference the next day which I hoped to attend at my destination. The reception desk woman was very helpful in finding a quiet spot for me to attend my video conference. Thank you!

13/06/2025: We booked a table for 4 people at this restaurant. Our friends were here before and said that it was good. Our orders were taken after a short length of time, we were told that the chicken would take 20 minutes, so we thought that was okay, we were served drinks while we waited for our meal, When our meal came I was very disappointed with the small amount of food that was put before me, even though the food was lovely I was still hungry after I finished, one waitress asked if we would lick to see the desert menu and we said yes, she didn’t come back with it, we weren’t asked if we wanted more drinks or tea, we got tired of waiting and decided to leave, we found that the staff were not attentive and not friendly, it was just a job to them.

01/06/2025: Very disappointing. Nice place and very good staff but the food was terrible.

28/05/2025: Inexpensive, large delicious portions Only down side was that it was inside the shipping center

20/07/2025: Went there today with my 2 grandkids, after a lengthy wait in the dinning room as they are so focused on the drive thru, we sat at the table and my grandson at 4 dropped his drink, I went and asked them to come and mop and it looked as if it was a big job to mop up!. Never did they offer to give him a new drink! Then Sam came over and rudely said " pass that" I asked "pass what? He said " pass the table locator" i was wondering what he was referring too as we never used one, I waited at the counter.

18/07/2025: Large parking lot, very fast service and in addition a very nice restaurant, very clean, I recommend the food, tasty and quickly served.

21/07/2025: The food here was absolutely great, great quality meat in the dishes and portions were big, also threw in some free momos which were amazing, highly recommend this place for food

30/03/2025: Unfriendly people, first they shout at you and then they don't even apologize when they are wrong...I'm not recommending this place

28/06/2025: Ordered Saag Aloo and it was terrible, rice was dry. And the food itself tasted old. On top of that, there were multiple hairs in my food. Normally I would get the korma and it’s nice, but not today.

08/10/2024: The plaice for me has got bad as a result they have closed 1 bar, stopped serving food although a Chinese restaurant is taking over the unused bar at the end of November 24

But let's be honest.Is pre- prepared, greasy garbage what you really want?Don't we get enough of that in Shannon to be fair? What TownCenter needs is a GOOD CHIPY...Something that makes two things well..BURGERS & FRIED FRESH COD WITH CHIPS THAT ARE CRISPY ON THE OUTSIDE AND FLUFFY ON THE INSIDE.Whoever does that will get rich overnight.

27/01/2025: All good, food was good, not pricey. Recommended
