07/10/2024: På en arbetsresa till Shannon bodde vi på Shannon Springs Hotel och besökte den lokala puben. Jag åt en Pork som jag förväntade skulle bestå av pork shops men var bara fyra torra skivor av fläskkött. Min kollega tog en Irish tapas som dock var var bra och riklig. Personalen var trevlig och uppmärksam.

03/11/2024: Rude staff working at the drive thru. No thanks or goodbye, just slam the window in your face. Seems to be mostly kids working there that don't understand basic manners. The food was cold and the box of fries was half empty. Head office really needs to check on the Shannon location.
31/10/2024: Went in for breakfast. My daughter ordered pancakes, a McDonald's speciality. They had no syrup or butter but didn't mention it when they handed it over. She went to the counter as she thought they'd missed it out and they had none at all. What was the point? If she'd known she'd have ordered something else. Who eats dry pancakes? Disappointed.

02/11/2024: Wonderful pit-stop on our Irish adventures. After an evening of fun at the Bunratty Castle we stopped for the night. Staff was ok. Some were friendly while others were indifferent. The room was HUGE. It had 5 beds in the “bed room” as well as a pullout couch in the office / family type room. It had an old school tub with modern updates. The breakfast could have been better & was the 1 downfall of the hotel
31/10/2024: Lovely hotel, I stayed down having work in shannon, very clean , nice staff and good rates for corporate. Food was nice in the bar with a decent size menu with good bit variety, few TV screens with spots on and a nice pint. Good location if touring around Limerick/Clare or working in the area

29/10/2024: They are treating Irish with smile and welcoming attitude and treating there own country people with n unwelcoming attitude make annoying face on us , I think it’s not fair they should treat everyone same manager was so rude tell us its very an all I mean we are here for for food not for your unwelcoming attitude I will recommend everyone don’t waste your money there , this restaurant should call Irishwood restaurant not Indian,

10/06/2024: If you’re looking for a spice challenge I would recommend the spice box. As flavor goes, it’s great. As it comes out, it may not be as pleasant. Incredibly spicy. Would only recommend to veterans.

My pleasure :-)
Refusal to purchase a drink / food in your wonderful establishment but serving “locals only” at 2pm in the afternoon is the first experience I’ve had in Ireland so don’t compare yourselves to every town in Ireland when that’s simply not true.
You are welcome to experience true hospitality in Kerry anytime, it seems ye are lacking the concept.
