06/01/2025: Lunch today was superb mushroom soup with brown bread to die for & the most delicious roast lamb, mash, carrot & parsnip mash, stuffing, gravy & a generous portion at a very reasonable price. Its a very homely local family restaurant with high standards & excellent, competent & very willing staff, we’re so lucky to have what could only be called a community eatery like this in Shannon.

09/01/2025: Best Chinese I had in years. You can tell everything is very fresh. Chicken chesse rolls are the best I have ever had. Chicken curry fried rice was so fresh it’s 10/10 for me. A lot of Chinese food I eat I feel like crap after it because it’s not fresh but this Chinese has to get the credit it deserves for freshness.
06/12/2024: Great food and great customer service. I have to give extra credit for when I called in asking for gluten free options and spoke to two different people who were extremely informative and got me a perfect order.

06/02/2025: Good food but poor serving. Wait for 20 minutes for my pint of Guinness. My dish was ready fastly and I get it, but my 3 friends on my table waiting food for next 30 minutes. I saw very hungry eyes of my friends… all food should be ready for all, not for one of company.
I can’t recommend this place, cocktails for my wife was so-so, and Guinness poured from old barrel.
05/02/2025: A good Irish pub where you can taste delicious typical dishes and a variety of meat and fish. Worth trying as a good place to chat with friends, family and alone with the possibility of enjoying a good selection of food and beers in front of a large TV to watch football or rugby matches or other local sports. Must try

06/02/2025: Coffee stop on way to service at Crematorium. As we were not eating, we were directed to cold dark back bar but made our way back to the front area and we were served our coffee + biscuit in due course.

Well located with several rooms and a fine internal restaurant as weel as meeting rooms. I join winter period but no problem with windy and raining session period. 12/02/2025: Today I ordered a double sausages and egg mcmuffin meal with small coca cola and notice that this McDonald's in shannon is way dearer then any off the other McDonald's in the region. Can they just charge what they like plus they have a rotten costumer care in this place. If there was a zero star I would use it very bad

Refusal to purchase a drink / food in your wonderful establishment but serving “locals only” at 2pm in the afternoon is the first experience I’ve had in Ireland so don’t compare yourselves to every town in Ireland when that’s simply not true.
You are welcome to experience true hospitality in Kerry anytime, it seems ye are lacking the concept.

18/01/2025: I was very disappointed with the service at Bollywood Temple. Our server Kundan was inattentive, and was in rush taking our order in results he missed something we ordered but charged for it and when my friend asked why we were charged something wasn't served ? instead of apologies he started arguments he was very rude and had no clue how to deal with customers This really spoiled our evening. Such a terrible experience and would not recommend.
