09/08/2025: I have visited this restaurant many times over the years and always enjoyed it. Recently, while travelling from Cork to Waterford with our new dog, we stopped hoping to eat at an outdoor table or in the beer garden. I was surprised to be told dogs are not allowed anywhere on the property, even outside. Coming from England where dogs are welcome in outdoor areas, this was disappointing, especially for a location near lovely woods popular with dog walkers. Unfortunately, this means we will not be returning.
07/08/2025: Pretty disappointing experience overall, burgers were not good meat tasted and looked like it was frozen, roast of the day was good, desserts were also disappointing sherry trifle was ok, the meringue was awful, soft not crunchy and the berry roulade smelt gone off, I couldnt finish it, chocolate fudge cake was dry and bland. Wouldnt come here again. Guinness was also quite bad.

Probably the best kebab in the world...not to be missed. 10 out of 10. Delicious and suberb value..
The size of your arm.....wouldn't eat again for a week 😋
10/06/2025: And that one star was out of sympathy.......best Bad Really Bad ………Actually ….Badder then Bad……..best takeaway in west cork........are you having a laugh.......it's one of the worst takeaway I've had in Ireland....let alone cork......don't have the fried chicken whatever you do ......soaking with Grease .... tasteless and the consistency of rubber......all the other food came from frozen.....even the chips........the food was hanging.........avoid this place

04/08/2025: Portions have gotten smaller with prices rising, little value for money, not going back.
01/08/2025: Very friendly staff, food was very tasty as well. Lot of food for the price. Not your typical Chinese you think of in America but very tasty.
