Praline Pastry Shop and Cafe
Mitchelstown
03/09/2026: This café is extremely underrated. The sweet treats are all fresh. They have GF cake and the coffee is on point. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. This is a great place for short meetings or a quick cup of coffee if you need a break. I was really impressed with this little Café.
Well done guys your shop was clean , friendly and the cakes we had were fresh.
18/07/2026: We stopped here by chance and had the most delicious cakes, beautifully presented and they were gluten free as an added bonus for 2 of who require gluten free options. Such a rare treat, gratitude to the chef, you made an 11 yr old boy very happy, thanks

Clongibbon House Mitchelstown
Mitchelstown
11/09/2026: I was walking around town and fancied a cup of tea in the main square when I came across Clongibbon House. I popped into the bar/restaurant and was so glad I did. The atmosphere is lovely, and the staff were absolute superstars—super friendly and welcoming.
While I only had tea this time around, the food being served to the other tables looked incredible. I’ll definitely be back for a full meal next time. Highly recommended!
