10/10/2024: For a budget accommodation this really does show what is possible. The room was clean, warm, comfortable. I had Wi-Fi, tea, making facilities, a tv, and a good night's sleep. And in the centre of town. And a decent dinner in the pub. Perfect really.

06/09/2024: A wonderful, personal and truly hip little café. With great coffee (of course), but also amazing home made pastries, lots of vegan options, raw milk, great service, a beautiful (Scandinavian?) design, nice art and wild flowers on every table. Highly recommended!!!

27/10/2024: Stopped here for some Sunday dinner. Lovely Carvery. Food was delicious. All the staff were very kind and very attentive.
Very generous kids portions and adults too.
Staff were always clearing away tables and it was a joy to eat in.
Glasses and pints of water were available to take. They had blackcurrant and orange beside them for people to add to water. All free of charge. Fantastic idea and first time I have seen this.
Plenty of parking outside.
