Had the Roast Beef lunch special.
Would probably revisit when I'm Carndonagh again.
Its been a while since my last visit.
Standards are still high. Just had the full Irish breakfast here today. Really tasty and filling.
Good value for money.
Sunday 3-Mar-2024 UPDATED: Phoned today around 11:45am to ask what time they started serving lunch, only to be told by the young lady, after she asked another staff member, that they don't serve lunch on a Sunday. Doesn't sound like a good business model.
Came to Google to update my review only to find another review giving feedback on their lunch last Sunday!
25/02/2024: We had an amazing Sunday lunch here today. The kids had fish and burger from kids menu and both were very generous, cooked fresh and tasted amazing according to the children. I had roast beef and it was so full of flavour and again the portion was very generous. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We haven’t eaten out in awhile as a family but found today’s experience to be so pleasant and affordable that I know we will be back in the very near future.

23/12/2023: This is without question the best, oroper Urish food to be had in the north west. Like the food you would grt in the seventies. Big flowery spuds, bacon, cabbage, fresh fish honemade soup. Sublime. A unique experience

20/02/2024: A group of friends stayed here for a long weekend. This place is hidden gem, the rooms were beautiful, very clean and easy accessed from the bar.
The bar staff they know who they are, are excellent and made us all very welcome, not a false welcome but a genuine welcome, which also made for a good weekend.
This hotel doesn’t do food on site but 50 metres away is a lovely restaurant for evening meals and off course breakfast.
The food was very very good and reasonably priced, and again the staff when excellent
16/02/2024: Hotel standard rooms and bar was lovely staff where awesome and a great pint of Guinness. Great place to stay and enjoy Donegal and the Wild Atlntic way.

23/11/2023: This bakery is awesome. The baked goods are delicious and the service is so welcoming and helpful. I loved the scones and the raspberry jam most of all but all the other things we got were good as well.
25/09/2023: Just had a lovely salad today. Usually have a wrap or similar.
Food is always fresh and prepared to a high standard.
I personally do not like the way the cutlery comes tightly wrapped in a napkin which has been sealed with a drop of water.
Staff are always cheerful and engaging.
I now accidentally, on purpose, forget to eat before going grocery shopping so I have to drop in for a bite 😀
