Downings Bay Hotel

09/11/2024: A great hotel. Staff are so friendly and efficient. Check in took a matter of seconds and our room was spotless and spacious.
The location is perfect for Downings and that area of Donegal. Near to everything and plenty to do. Even within walking distance there is lots of bars and restaurants.
We were pleasantly surprised that breakfast was included in our booking and it was lovely. We enjoyed the food so much we had dinner there on our second night and lunch there on our last day and the food was great.
04/11/2024: We called in ( before 10am) for a 'walk-in' breakfast. The food is always so good and lots of it!!

03/11/2024: Best seafood tapas, grear spot in Downings next to the Harbour bar. Busy bustling atmosphere. Small indoor seating and additional seating outside. We really enjoy this spot and reasonably priced. Highly recommend if youβre in the area.

05/11/2024: Was here with a group of 17 on Saturday evening for food and drink, the service was exceptional from start to finish.
The food was excellent as well, will definitely be back ππ
27/10/2024: We stayed in an air b&b. But ate and drank in the bar and restaurant a few nights. Mairead the owner, is hilarious. Great wee spot!π
