15/04/2026: We had another lovely stay at the Beach Hotel. Our recently refurbished room was beautiful. The staff were so friendly and welcoming throughout, and housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast each morning set us up for the day, and we followed up with a walk along the beach, which is just a short walk from the back of the hotel. Thank you!

07/12/2025: Had the most beautiful lunch in Downings Bay twice this week, the food was excellent, it was warm and cosy with lovely friendly staff. I would highly recommend.

11/04/2026: Great spot for a pancake, or a great fry that will keep you full the rest of the day. Pancakes are lovely too!
Lovely attentive staff and a pretty quick service.
Then you can go for a great walk on the beach nearby to walk it all off!
