06/06/2026: Stayed in downing Bay hotel along with 40+ other golfers on 4th June 2026 .. what a fabulous hotel very friendly and helpful staff nothing was any bother for them. Rooms were beautiful and spotlessly clean would highly recommend this to anyone looking a wee break away . Will definitely return

02/06/2026: Had a family dinner here and food was delicious and staff where very attentive. Best turkey and ham we have had in a long time. Would of been 5 star only we didn't get to sample the cheesecake as they have ran out! Will be back.
30/05/2026: I only arrived today for a four day stay and I want to come back already. The welcome you get is heartwarming, the rooms are beautiful and spotless and the food in the restaurant is to die for.
Congratulations to all the management and staff for simply doing things right ✅️

17/05/2026: Had a recent family dinner here and it was 10/10. Attention to detail, beautiful menu options - for a very good price. Whipped goats cheese on sourdough was delicious. Service was brilliant and the staff were lovely. Can’t wait to return!
15/02/2026: This was our 2nd time eating here and i can honestly say this place is fabulous!
Food is so fresh and tasty, a real hidden gem in the Downings. Scampi & Fish Tacos are unreal. If you dont eat here you are missing out.
Just fab!! Cant wait to return

04/05/2026: Told by the hostess to take a seat, then waited for nearly 20mins without being served. This is not the first time the service has been poor at this establishment.
