17/11/2024: Food is terrible, i was catching up with a pal & decided for here. Carvery was on, it didn't look great so we decided for soup & then a wrap. Soup first was cold so I brought it back to be heated, then I tasted it & it was awful, I actually gave it back to the manager. I asked her if she tasted it, she said I did & I told the chef to rectify the soup & she said obviously he didn't. She offered tea & coffee on the house, we said no thanks, she then dropped back the price of the soup. The wrap, was toasted but the ingredients inside were still cold. Raging we went here, we should have gone to Avoca. We won't be back
17/11/2024: Food was very good. The service was fast and efficient. Highly recommend.

Super busy, plenty of tradesmen's coming in so know it's good
Super friendly and chatty girls who are laughing and joking as they kill each other (their words lol)
Crisps and tea/can or a euro for coffee with the breakfast roll deal
Definitely needs a refresh as soon damage in seating and previous business name on counter
Definitely worth calling in to try it

06/05/2024: Got the açai bowl and caprese sandwich (veg option). Both really good and it’s also a great place to get some work/study done and parking outside.

08/10/2024: Business is closed now. Which is unfortunate as I had a voucher for afternoon tea but it’s fine. irrelevant if google states if open or closed ur still selling voucher for a business that is closed and therefore unredeemable, it is the owners responsibility to inform living social and/or any other company that may be selling vouchers on behalf of the business that you are no longer active. Do you google every place of business you go to check if it is open or closed? Doubtful… a 1 star review is justified as to sell and voucher for something that is unredeemable is bad service. As I cannot comment on the food or atmosphere I will retract these stars, however my time spent going out to your business only to find it closed my time spend trying to get a refund(thus far unsuccessfully) is wasted and thus qualifies as poor service. I apologise if u find this review in poor taste.
30/07/2024: Great place, lovely atmosphere! The coffee and the banana bread were delicious! They also have delicious homemade sourdough breads. The service was good, too. My favourite part is the beautiful cups they serve tea and coffee in!

29/10/2024: OK store, bakery and cheese counter good, butchers excellent, overall rather expensive in comparison to same products being sold in other stores. Own brands are expensive for what they are, quality or taste is no different, e.g, chutney, jams, salads, etc
29/10/2024: I ordered a menu with black pudding, but black pudding didn‘t come out. But it tastes good.

23/05/2024: I ordered sweet chilli chicken noodle. It had like half a bottle of sweet chilli sauce. Too much sauce in a box of noodle.
I also ordered fried noodles. It had too much oil and was leaking everywhere. Very unhealthy and unhygienic. Taste was awful. Had to throw everything away. Waste of money. Got no refunds. Avoid them!!

26/03/2024: The food is good but the customer service at this location is extremely poor. I see that a lot of reviews before me said the same aswell. Hopefully this will be adressed by the management of Poulet Bonne Femme. Bought a chicken sandwich at 1.00pm and will never go back due to the shocking customer service.
