16/01/2025: The chef that was working on Sun 05.01.24 carvery was the happiest most loveliest man to chat to.
The food was amazing, we got beef. Goujons etc nothing to fault.
The atmosphere is great, all the nooks and crannies make for a great comfortable meal.

01/09/2024: Cosy place with good coffee, sweet treats, and a nice atmosphere. My one suggestion would be to have better cushions for the chairs, or better chairs. The existing chairs are quite uncomfortable.
29/08/2024: Really love this place! I often drive the motorway and when I'm passing Rathcoole I always go in for a coffee. Highly recommend!

Super busy, plenty of tradesmen's coming in so know it's good
Super friendly and chatty girls who are laughing and joking as they kill each other (their words lol)
Crisps and tea/can or a euro for coffee with the breakfast roll deal
Definitely needs a refresh as soon damage in seating and previous business name on counter
Definitely worth calling in to try it

08/10/2024: Business is closed now. Which is unfortunate as I had a voucher for afternoon tea but it’s fine. irrelevant if google states if open or closed ur still selling voucher for a business that is closed and therefore unredeemable, it is the owners responsibility to inform living social and/or any other company that may be selling vouchers on behalf of the business that you are no longer active. Do you google every place of business you go to check if it is open or closed? Doubtful… a 1 star review is justified as to sell and voucher for something that is unredeemable is bad service. As I cannot comment on the food or atmosphere I will retract these stars, however my time spent going out to your business only to find it closed my time spend trying to get a refund(thus far unsuccessfully) is wasted and thus qualifies as poor service. I apologise if u find this review in poor taste.
30/07/2024: Great place, lovely atmosphere! The coffee and the banana bread were delicious! They also have delicious homemade sourdough breads. The service was good, too. My favourite part is the beautiful cups they serve tea and coffee in!

25/12/2024: Great selection of hot and cold food to sit in and enjoy or take away.
The food prices are above average but the portions and taste make it worth the extra expense.
The clothing and toy section is way overpriced though with a limited selection.

12/01/2025: This pub is an absolute dump- DO NOT GO HERE - our group of 7 waited nearly an hour for basic carvery dinner - had to ask three times when would we be served - food eventually arrived freezing cold - one of our group had to wait a further 5 minutes for their food - all the dinners were swimming in water and cold - staff and manager were rude and arrogant - we left and did not pay - would not recommend at all - take ur business to The Poitin much better.
19/12/2024: Went in here today and service was absolutely horrendous. Sat for half an hour waiting for food that never came.

26/03/2024: The food is good but the customer service at this location is extremely poor. I see that a lot of reviews before me said the same aswell. Hopefully this will be adressed by the management of Poulet Bonne Femme. Bought a chicken sandwich at 1.00pm and will never go back due to the shocking customer service.
