The best restaurantsof fast food in Kilkenny

18/01/2025: Waited over 2.5 hours for a delivery. Food was freezing. Also when you phone in an order you still need to join the queue when you collect it. A bit ridiculous. Defeats the purpose. Shame as the food is very good.

31/12/2024: The food itself was great however the amount of food for 7.50 was shocking. Got the smallest bag of chips in history, 3 onion rings and a small batter sausage (don’t mind that as it was tasty). Everything else was forgivable as the food quality was really good but the amount of chips in the bag was unfortunately so small and hugely disappointing that I am not sure I could justify another visit. Very torn as to whether to go back.

28/01/2025: This Mc Donald's is getting worse by the day. I waited 45 minutes for a pot of porridge and one hash brown . Was told to move to the loading bay. After waiting for this long I then rang and spoke to the manager to see if the order was on its way that the wait time is diabolical. She said they didn't even start it yet and it wasn't even busy!! She said I'll bring you out the hash brown and refund you the porridge she came out with the porridge and no hash brown in the mean time about 4 people walked out of the restraunt and she was shouting across the car park at them apologizing. It's so poorly organised in there! AVOID

28/01/2025: Nice place for a quick eat… sometimes its rush..

16/11/2024: I was here today. I have never received such terrible service. The older lady taking our order was so rude to us. Our food order was wrong and the food was cold. When we asked to split the bill , she processed to throw her hands in the air and give out. It was so disrespectful we just paid and left. Always used to come here and loved the food. Place has gone down hill . Very disappointed to be treated like this. I will not be returning.

09/08/2024: Wouldn’t waste your time with this food establishment. Female behind the counter got the order wrong. Didn’t realise this until home and about to eat the food. Chips overcooked and crispy and bag full of bits and not even large bags even though large bags were paid for. Battered Sausage overcooked. Burger had grease dripping out of it and this made the burger bun soggy. Very Bland Food. If you can’t get a simple order correct or even cook chips correctly you really shouldn’t be in business. Worst Food I have had in years from a takeaway. AVOID !!!.
