16/02/2026: Quality went down the loo. Delivery is always a gamble on what are they gonna possibly mess up this time. I left a review here 7 years ago that was 5 starts now I wouldn’t even feed this to the seagulls. Food arrives cold, you order a max meal and they send regular the list is endless.

06/07/2026: I’d suggest the owners travel a bit more and see how similar pizza restaurants are run in other countries. It might give them some ideas on how to improve the overall customer experience. The pizzas were quite good. We ordered two large pizzas as part of a special offer and waited about 23 minutes, even though there weren’t many customers at the time. The pizzas were freshly baked, but the Pepperoni pizza was a little too salty for our taste. Overall, the food was enjoyable. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the dining area. While we were there, all of the staff stayed behind the counter, and no one came out to clean the tables or check the seating area. We had to wipe our own table before sitting down because it hadn’t been cleaned after the previous customers. Keeping the dining area cleaner and checking it more often would make a much better impression on visitors.

27/06/2026: Been coming here for years with no issues and then found plastic inside one of there pizzas. Owner/Manager claims it wasn't inside the pizza and I'm lying. I have reported them now to FSAI

14/05/2026: Service was not welcoming. The sashimi wasn't fresh. the sushi fell apart at first touch, clearly the main chef wasn't on shift.

28/06/2026: Lovely cafe but it’s not acceptable to not have a bathroom. Just sort it out! Any problems previously encountered can be mitigated by installing a coded door lock. Recommending people to go to another cafe down the street to use their bathroom is ridiculous.

16/03/2026: Rude staff and inconsistent pricing. Refill station don’t weigh the coffee properly and give you less than you pay for.

21/08/2025: Had a full irish breakfast here today. Really fresh and tasty with a decent mug of Barry's tea. Highly recommended. The girls serving were very efficient, polite and friendly. Will be back

05/03/2026: The worst spice bag you will ever have in your life. Vile. The chicken was very thin, in fould tasting batter and was GREY in colour. No veg. No seasoning. Horrible. Chucked it in the bin. Pure waste of money. I recommend you go to Munemesa takeaway up at dunnes for quality food.

24/06/2026: Ice cream is delicious but the staff are rude and unfriendly. The seating area also was closed at 6.50pm but shop open till 8pm. Seating area is very small so they definitely don’t need to close it over 1hr before shops close. Disappointing. Will be going to the Gem again from now on.

23/06/2026: The staff is extremely unhappy and rude. There is no need to work in a place if you don’t enjoy it. As others have said before the ice creams and iced coffees are nice. But staff extremely unprofessional makes you want to leave

20/05/2026: FLC used to be my go to fast food place from the last couple of years but in the past few months the quality is deteriorated and I’ve consistently been given reheated food. I was a huge fan of their burger and chicken because the taste was better than any local chain and always delivered fresh but my recent orders have left me disappointed. I am writing this review in the hope of getting the old quality of FLC back please.

28/04/2026: Good quality food. I am glad they have changed their old staff as they were not particularly friendly and sometimes even rude. New staff are fine, keep it up

11/07/2026: The value for money isnt great. Fast food is by its nature is traditionaly low quality, made up for by being quick and cheap, it's ain't cheap anymore. I've been 3 times this year via the drive through, all three times there was a mistake in what I got, on two of them it was correct on the receipt but wrong in the bag, the third one the receipt matched the mistake so I guess they miss heard me or pushing the wrong button.

10/07/2026: Very disappointed with our order today from the drive-thru. We found a hair in one of the burgers, which completely ruined the meal. The fries were cold and tasted like they had been sitting there since yesterday. The garlic sauce was extremely sour, with a strong vinegar taste, and we didn’t receive the straws for our drinks. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and definitely not the quality we expect from McDonald’s.

14/06/2026: I ordered beef fried rice from them around 10:45pm- 11pm, asking them would they be able to deliver it to my house like leave it outside as I won’t be home from work until 1am. They were very attentive and making sure about everything as well. The only thing that I think it’s not good is that the beef fried rice is a little bit bland. Other than that everything is good. Either way , I’m very grateful and thank you for doing it for me.

25/06/2026: I go here quite regularly after work. Not anymore On numerous occasions the girls behind the till are extremely rude I have gave them the benefit of the doubt in the past because English isnt their fist language. I was the only person waiting for food and the woman behind the till screams my order at me. I say yes that's me. She continues to shout my order at me. To which I reply "yes yes yes" And the woman serving me begins to mock me by saying "yes yes yes" in reply!! I know there is a language barrier here but this is simply rude. Maybe take a few lessons in manners please madam. Other than that the food is very average. So won't be back. Plenty of better quality chippys up the hill

30/05/2026: Well. Asked for the mixed kebab and when I opened it I didn’t expect the chicken to be cut up bits of breaded chicken but I’m sorry, can I get some meat with my salad? Embarrassing the lack of meat in this kebab! No bigger potion size either and it comes in a small bag (filled with salad). Not impressed!
