17/11/2024: Amazing catering service for a family event. They went out of their way to accommodate the needs of all guests and even designed their own little mini platter of food to suit the range of children’s likes when it came to food. Julia was very easy to chat to and was so helpful on the day. She provided teas and coffee’s for everyone’s arrival and then stuck around to continue to serve food to our guests, which everyone raved about. The food was amazing that both myself and my extended family will be returning customers.

15/12/2024: One of the best Pizzas I've ever had and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. It's small yet cozy outlet and the open kitchen made it even better! Can't wait to go again !

09/02/2025: First time staying here at Portmarnock. Absolutely lovely area, room was great and very comfy bed. We had dinner in the Jameson, the rib eye was very grissly and tough, when I asked for a mojito was told they couldn't do cocktails due to them not having mint. I would still come back to this hotel though, ....sometimes we all have our off days.

15/10/2024: They have served me food here that's inedible. They have screwed up my orders. They have embarrassed me with an overly loud argument in front of everyone. They have even flirted inappropriately with my partner.
Sure, it looks the part... but I live in Portmarnock and I don't even consider this place as an option anymore.

29/11/2024: Ordered the €17 deal a Pepperoni & Cheese Pizza, and with a Garlic Bread Pizza side. Requested thin, crispy crust—it was perfect! Delivery was fast, and the driver followed my note to ring the bell. Fantastic job 10/10!

14/01/2025: JAN 8TH 2025 @ 14:20.Lousy attitude on the girl working there.she huffed twice when simply informed that's plenty (of marshmallows and chocolate flake). Hot chocolates were warm/tepid and foamy lacking a chocolate taste. Disappointing, had good espresso before. Perhaps someone's just having a bad day.

14/11/2024: Staff shouldn’t be working with food if they’re sick. Coughing all over the place, not covering mouth when coughing, not washing hands after coughing into them. Did we learn nothing during COVID?

29/11/2024: I used to visit this place often but now the food quality has worsened. Soggy sandwiches. They don't even greet, no smile. Bakery stuff with fungus in the fridge. Would never go there ever again.
26/11/2024: What a beautiful little cafe. Full of gorgeous homemade bakes, sandwiches, great coffee and small amount of food retail. I had a toasted chicken and pesto on sourdough and finally, a toasted sandwich that's crispy and actually hot in the middle. It's devine! I got a few little treats for take away and can't wait to try later with the family. The cafe is dressed with lovely Xmas decs and there's Christmas cheer in the background. Super friendly staff also.. Definitely go if you havnt visited you won't be disappointed. 5 out of 5

Would highly recommend.

07/12/2024: Don’t be fulled by these dreadful reviews by Karens. The food is great, Guinness is creamy and the people are friendly. The atmosphere is lovely and always decorated for the season, the toilets are always spotless clean as well.
In summer it’s a lovely place for a beer im the outside seats with gorg sea views

14/02/2025: Use these a lot for take-away. Today is Valentine's Day and they had an offer on for 15% off. We decided to use them. It's now not even 7pm and I've received an email to say the offer is so popular it's cancelled. Should have just converted it to a voucher that could be used over the next week, they would still have got our custom - now they won't...
07/01/2025: We have been ordering regularly for over a year now and the quality of the food & the service has always been fantastic, I would highly recommend.

14/11/2024: Do NOT get the special spice bag. So for tonight I ordered special spice bag with just a side of curry. Honestly can’t even call this a spice bag. Have had many and this one just…no. Doesn’t have that spice bag seasoning. I’ve no clue wHAT it is. (Yes it looks really good in the photo but trust me it’s plain). Had to add in my own seasoning to make it taste better. I asked for extra onion, there’s no extra onion. The curry I got is like pure water consistency wise and doesn’t taste that nice either
