16/09/2026: Bright & airy in a seasidey way. Fab views to the harbour and sunset. Efficient yet considerate service. Chowder is one of the chunkiest and tastiest. Fish n Chips was a treat for the eyes and for the palette. Presentation was consistently good. Wine & cocktail list?...well now I understand why the taxi rank is just outside.

21/10/2026: We had booked a table for 5 for a lunch time family reunion The welcome we received was excellent and we were seated immediately The restaurant was busy but not too loud. Our drinks and food order was taken quickly and nothing was too much bother Our drinks and food arrived promptly. All the meals were delicious The staff were very attentive and friendly Definitely recommend this place

20/10/2026: We ate here on a fairly busy Saturday evening and overall we enjoyed the experience. We opted not to have starters and went straight for mains and then dessert. My wife had the cod and chips and I the seabass with mashed potatoes, both of which were excellent. For dessert I had the almond tart which again was very nice and my wife had the baked cheesecake. She found the cheesecake to be quite tasteless and I'd have to agree with her after tasting it too. We did notice that the table next to us had left quite a bit of their cheesecake uneaten too. Our wine was very nice. Overall the service was quite good, a bit slow but that's to be expected on a busy Saturday night, however we did find one of the waitresses, an older woman, not to be the most pleasant. She ignored us on a few occasions and wasn't very pleasant. The rest of the staff were courteous and pleasant and therfore we did leave a tip. Worth a visit, the food is good, the atmosphere is nice, good location, book in advance.

24/08/2026: Great tour today from Alex, saw so many interesting parts of the mill history. We enjoyed discussing local history with Alex, and had a delicious lunch in the cafe afterwards!

24/08/2026: An old windmill with a guided tour. Then you can relax in the cafe or visit gift shop. All the pitches are currently being redeveloped. Great place to visit.

23/09/2026: A wonderful place with delicious coffee and tasty desserts. ☕🍰 The atmosphere is lovely and relaxing, and you can sit back, enjoy your coffee and dessert, and admire the beautiful view from the window. Definitely a lovely spot to unwind and enjoy some quality time! ✨

29/09/2026: We visited on the last night of a three week tour of Ireland and the meals (cod and pork belly) were two of the best we've had on the whole trip. Perfectly cooked, nicely presented and the quantities were just right. Served with vegetables too, someting of a rarity during our trip! Coupled with friendly and efficient service it made for a perfect end to our first trip to Ireland. Highly recommended.

10/09/2026: Do not recommend ordering from here any further. Food was decent at one time, but the quality has fallen off a cliff. Don't know if that's due to the management of the kitchen, or the kitchen team themselves, but OMG - the state of the meal I just ordered. If the meal was €10, fine, you could overlook some issues here and there, but basically €25 for CHICKEN AND RICE??? And you can't have the rice be fresh and warm??? Rice was clearly either from yesterday, or was stuck in a fridge this morning. Rock hard and not warm at all. Walked straight down to my wife with my bowl and asked her to humour me in trying it, and she immediately spit it out and said verbatim: 'That's not cooked, that's rock hard' Having consistently ordered at least bi-weekly from this location for a number of years, will not be supporting them any further.

28/08/2026: Incredibly unacceptable portions of chicken on several occasions. Usually wait an hour for delivery which I can accept but I can't accept €35 for 2 plates of rice and sauce with a mouth full of chicken in each dish. Won't be ordering from here again.

24/10/2026: I ordered calabrese and carbonara. They were delicious! Nice spot, and good service! I missed juice options on the menu, but that's fine. I'd delivery recommend it

30/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve visited Olive Café & Deli nearly every day during my stay in Skerries, and it’s become one of my favourite little places to stop by. I’ve had the hot roll of the day three times, with something different each time, and every one has been absolutely delicious! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and I’ve felt really comfortable every time I’ve been in. It has such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere and I’ve genuinely enjoyed spending time there during my stay. A really lovely find in Skerries and somewhere I’ll definitely come back to. Five stars from me! 😊

25/09/2026: First ever visit here and we were all so impressed, it is a really nice cafe lovely decor spotlessly clean with a fab view The staff were super friendly and welcoming and the food was absolutely amazing, 2 of us had the pancakes and the other had the breakfast bap, which was enormous, the portion sizes are really generous and it was excellent value for money Cannot recommend this place enough if you haven’t been yet what are you waiting for!

16/09/2026: The rap we had was very dry otherwise nice place to eat.

30/08/2026: Looks like a lovely place to go. Unfortunately despite the website listing vegan options I was told absolutely nothing is vegan except coffee. So sadly I left with just a coffee and went elsewhere for bread. Disappointing.
