Butcher Boy Coffee House
Skerries
02/09/2026: Cosy little coffeeshop in Skerries with charming interior and lovely staff. The menu offers varieties of açai bowls and porridges as well as toasties and pastries. It's all held together by truly good coffee and a relaxing vibe that makes it feel like somebody's living room and the village hangout. Don't miss this one when in Skerries!
17/03/2026: Fantastic family run cafe in Skerries. Gorgeous home made soup and wonderful service. Lovely decor. Great vibe. I will be back.

Little Richards Wood Fired Pizza
Skerries
27/07/2026: Can't rate too high or low. Only had a coffee. Busy spot and that's a good sign. Next time I'll do the lunch menu.
24/07/2026: We visited on a Sunday evening and the restaurant was fairly busy but not full. The starters are quite large, luckily we ordered a pizza between two of us and we still ended up taking some home. The food was delicious and I would definitely recommend a visit here but you would probably need to book in advance. The staff were very pleasant and service was good.

Olive Cafe & Deli
Skerries
30/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I’ve visited Olive Café & Deli nearly every day during my stay in Skerries, and it’s become one of my favourite little places to stop by. I’ve had the hot roll of the day three times, with something different each time, and every one has been absolutely delicious!
The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and I’ve felt really comfortable every time I’ve been in. It has such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere and I’ve genuinely enjoyed spending time there during my stay.
A really lovely find in Skerries and somewhere I’ll definitely come back to. Five stars from me! 😊
23/07/2026: One of the places you can relax after visiting Titanic centre.

24/08/2026: Nice bar overlooking skerries Harbour, great pint of guinness
16/08/2026: Not a place to be. Absolutely zero hospitality. Disrespectful attitude towards guests, with not a single response to our greetings. There are so lovely restaurants found around, with better service.

Piccolo
Skerries
14/08/2026: My husband and I only recently ventured in to Piccolo to get some take away paninis. We were pleasantly surprised and have been back a few times since. Everything from the bread to the fillings are incredibly fresh and flavourful. We also tried the cannoli which were very authentic. We really hope to visit soon for dinner
17/06/2026: Fantastic food always top class fresh pasta dishes are a must

5Rock
Skerries
14/08/2026: Five Rock in Skerries was fantastic. Amazing food and a lovely, relaxed atmosphere.
The waitstaff are beyond friendly. So helpful and welcoming. The kind of service that really makes a place.
The chef is seriously good too. I asked for anchovies with my chicken Caesar salad and he prepared them specially for me. Super cool chef and excellent food.
And best of all, they have their own beer. No Diageo vanilla here. I wish more bars and restaurants would do the same and offer something local and different.
Great food, great people, great beer. We’ll definitely be back.
03/08/2026: They don’t actually want children in this restaurant. They just don’t want the hassle of denying them. On arrival I was told no buggies. Despite the restaurant being literally empty I was informed they couldn’t make an exception for my sleeping 9 month old. I then conceded and asked for a high chair to which I was informed they have no high chairs. As a result we sat out in their ‘courtyard’ with barking dogs and a sleeping child - that didn’t last long. When ordering for my other child I was informed they dont have printed children’s menus. All of this to say they don’t want kids in this restaurant. They aren’t welcoming and treat them like second class citizens. What do you want? I take my child out and have no where to put them but I can’t keep them in their pram seat. It’s pathetic. Policy is all well and good but have a solution. How do you seat a 1 and a half year old child who doesn’t need a buggy but can’t sit at a table in a regular chair. It’s unfathomable. I’m genuinely disgusted. To pay €168 for 2 burgers, 1 fish and chips and a couple of appetisers and my child to be treated like this is disrespectful.
I appreciate an adults only atmosphere. I have 2 kids but I have zero issue with places they aren’t welcome when it’s clearly communicated. It makes environments more enjoyable for adults in certain circumstances but don’t pretend they’re welcome and then have no where for them to sit and make it a problem that we have them with us. Absolutely ridiculous. I’d never frequent another blue bar restaurant again out of principle.

La Scarpetta
Skerries
04/09/2026: Best restaurant I've been to in a long time. The food is top class. The Parma and Bufala Mozzarella or Pizza Meat Lover for an amazing starter.
Great wine menu and an amazing selection of main courses.
The pizzas are also some of the best out there.
Leah and Derek their service was excellent !
We've been back twice already.
La Scarpetta is a MUST visit !

33 Cafe Skerries
Skerries
14/08/2026: Lovely cafe, the staff accidentally took for 4 meals when I only ordered 3, I didn't notice when paying and they only realized when the 2 dishes came out. They offered me reimbursement immediately, no issues at all.
Food is good, atmosphere is good, staff are excellent
16/05/2026: I had a lovely time catching up with my friend over brunch in 33 cafe in Skerries. Food was absolutely delicious, coffees were 10 out of 10, service ( lovely young people working away looking after every single detail) was outstanding. Thank you to the chefs in the kitchen. Thank you to the management of 33 cafe who were able to bring an alternative place to Skerries where we can have a coffee and a bite for a reasonable price.

The Coast Skerries Inn
Skerries
25/06/2026: The Guinness is absolutely muck in here. While I was there I used the toilets in the bar, when I went in the whole floor was flooded, I said it to the two barmen but when I went back in an hour or so later it hadn't been touched.
Very bad.
12/04/2026: Great wee place that we found when we out and about in our motorhome. Anytime we have called in there has been a group of people playing different instruments.. Fun to listen too.

09/04/2026: The treats are always delicious but this review is really about the lovely person who frequently does the stall at the Merrion Square market - always nice chats, super friendly and welcoming, just a delight.

Central Café
Skerries
01/07/2026: 15.50 for a small bottle of coke and a fresh cod. Hadn't the decency to throw in one or two chips. Chippers in rush and balbriggan much better. Has to be the most expensive chipper in dublin. 5 euro for a bag of chips and a whopping 12.50 for a fish on its own. Daylight robbery.
