I think a business goes above and beyond what its customers expect. This is done through the use of exceptional communication skills, superior knowledge of products and services, and an overall sense of sincerity.
Staff is well trained and kind. We keep coming back trusting the service. Not even once disappointed so far.

08/11/2024: Great food. Always cooked brilliant and you can have the laugh with the staff. Very decent portions too.
08/11/2024: The lady at the till was very rude. I made a mistake with how much I gave her and she made it clear to everyone in the shop by yelling at me.
And then when I gave her more than the amount she kept shouting that she needed exact coins over and over until I gave her the exact amount. Didn’t need this attitude after a long day of work.
Plus no hairnets or ppe very poorly managed.

17/03/2025: We enjoyed the food very much. Although the place is odd (a little dark, no music, and only two people serving), they were extremely friendly. Our order took approximately 30 to 40 minutes to arrive. We were just talking and having fun, so it wasn't a big deal, but if you come with a large group and are in a hurry, it might be an issue. We were very satisfied with the taste of the food, the amount of food (it was plentiful!) as well as the price-quality-quantity relationship. Definitely coming back!

09/03/2025: Went here for a birthday dinner with family. Food was phenomenal, definitely going to eat here again. Think we've eaten at nearly every Indian in Galway by now and this is now our new favourite. The waiters were so friendly and very kind. We had a bit of a wait for our starters but we didn't mind, what with it being a Saturday night. And it was well worth the wait. Thanks for a great evening!

08/10/2024: Super friendly atmosphere and the perfect place to enjoy your favourite drink... Tina & Tony's is well worth the visit!
