03/12/2025: Fake indian restaurant. Don't even know how to make aloo jeera. I said my mom had a fast please give me boiled potato with salt and cumin and no other spices. they said they can only make whats in the menu. Aaloo jeera was in the menu. 🤦

01/12/2025: 5 star food and fantastic staff always love to visit tulsi when in galway. Highly reccomend this restaurant.

31/03/2026: Great place to eat ! Food was great and the service was good. The dinner for 2 is a fabulous option and very worth the price !!

16/02/2026: Ordered for delivery and it was meant to arrive at 20:30, it’s now 21:30 and the restaurant won’t answer any of my calls, please tell me my food is almost here???!!! Edit: our food came at 21:50: was about to cycle to the restaurant to see what the story was when it arrived. Awful experience to have. If the delivery is going to be over an hour late, at least call/connect your phone lines or at least offer any sort of apology/discount.

18/03/2026: I couldn’t able to give less than 1 here , so I am giving 1, it’s been very worst experience in the recent orders , the customer service is very bad I mean worst! I have ordered kothu parotta few days back , it was very worst , raw taste of chilli powder, we couldn’t eat it , we called the restaurant and complained about it, a women from reception took the call and said to take a picture and show that in next time order so that she could give a discount next time , I didn’t ask for this she assured me this, I said okay, when I ordered today and told the same incident and shown them the picture , a guy from reception apologised and he gave coke as free he told to accept that as an discount , I told I don’t want this because I don’t drink it, I told I need discount as she assured me that , but that guy was saying take it take this coke it’s okay . But I told him I don’t want this I need what they assured me , money or discount is not a problem but they have to do what they assured that’s the good customer service , and I am a regular customer here past 4 yrs , this is not I expect from them , it was really bad how they behaved and the service is unacceptable, if they really need a customer they shouldn’t do this instead of focusing on money! In business service Is important and customers are valuable, not worst service and money ! I am never going to order here and I won’t recommend this to anyone ! Very very frustrated of their behaviour. If someone from management could call me I would appreciate it , or else I want to take this to food and service department here , because really it’s stressed me mentally of their behaviour infront of everyone . Thanks

10/03/2026: Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered at 6:40 PM and the food only arrived at 8:40 PM — nearly a 2-hour wait for a delivery just 5 km away. The estimated time was 7:40 PM, but after that there were no updates at all. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times using the number on the app, but every call went straight to voicemail. No response, no communication, nothing. After waiting that long, the food itself was also very disappointing and not worth the wait. This was my first order from this restaurant and definitely the last. No customer should have to deal with this kind of service.
