10/08/2025: Brilliant service. Fast, efficient and friendly. We paid âŹ14 return and it added to the day. The boys loved the thrill of the ferry while heading to the beaches of south Wexford.

We visited this restaurant at 5 PM sharp, right when it opened. Despite being the first ones there, the waiter placed âReservedâ signs on every single table and gave our group of four people a small, uncomfortable table, even though the entire restaurant was empty.
We had our food and finished by 6 PM. When I asked about the empty reserved tables, the waiter casually said, âAll customers are running late.â So we were made to sit at a cramped table for an hour while the better ones stayed emptyâjust in case someone else showed up later.
To make things worse, when we left, the waiter just said âGoodbyeâ with no proper courtesy or effort to thank us for coming. It felt like we werenât valued at all.
This is not how customers should be treated. Do we really need to support places that donât respect the people who actually show up on time? Worst Experince in Waterford #WaterfordRestaursnt#PeppersRestaurent

04/08/2025: As an Indian customer, my recent dining experience in Waterford presented some areas for improvement. While the restaurant's ambiance was pleasant, the service fell short of expectations. Specifically, we were not promptly offered water upon seating, and the waiter took an extended period to take our order, without exhibiting a welcoming demeanor. Additionally, the table setting was incomplete, and our request for cold beverages was delayed. The incorrect curry was served, though we acknowledge our oversight in not identifying it sooner. The billing process was also slow, although the staff member at the counter was accommodating and addressed our concerns, resulting in a âŹ3 reduction. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place to an Indian as they would focus on people with great status for tips. They would just make a fool out of an Indian with the hilarious prices. The food was great but the service was terrible.

I would give this place 0 stars if i had the option.
Myself and my husband came here for dinner only to leave disappointed. Dead, uncared for plants at the entrance, leaving a very neglected feel to the front door, unlike the beautiful flowers next door in the Happy House Take Away, 1 counter staff working there and still was left unattended most of the time. Was not impressed with the sad excuse of the dishes served and the price we had to pay didnt feel right.
Asked for the manager to only be told there wasnât one.
