16/10/2025: Travelled from Australia through England, Croatia and Ireland. Whilst in Cork we drove to Crosshaven to check out the harbour and boats. Thirsty for a pint we stumbled into Cronin’s Pub. We ended up having a few creamy pints and the best fish’n’chips we’ve had on our trip. The staff were brilliant, the pub was warm and cozy with its visiting sailor stories and good old fashioned pub vibe.
Would highly recommend a detour to Cronin’s Pub in Crosshaven Cork.

11/10/2025: If you like good food this is a place you must visit you will not be disappointed
25/08/2025: We had a wonderful experience yesterday when the Oar restaurant enabled us to host 32 guests for lunch to celebrate a big birthday. Everything was thought of. We had the menu in advance so that we could reorder. The staff were helpful and friendly. Everyone raved about their food. The vegetarians were happy! Thank you to all of the staff for making this a very happy and memorable family event.
Oh, and the views are sublime, the best in Crosshaven.
