11/10/2025: If you like good food this is a place you must visit you will not be disappointed
25/08/2025: We had a wonderful experience yesterday when the Oar restaurant enabled us to host 32 guests for lunch to celebrate a big birthday. Everything was thought of. We had the menu in advance so that we could reorder. The staff were helpful and friendly. Everyone raved about their food. The vegetarians were happy! Thank you to all of the staff for making this a very happy and memorable family event.
Oh, and the views are sublime, the best in Crosshaven.

25/09/2025: Nice pub, good food, helpful bar staff. Does get very busy but at least you can sit outside in good weather.
07/09/2025: Very very disappointing lunch last week with friends . My chicken curry was horrible as I could not eat the chicken . Said to the waitress and she said “o sorry about that” I emailed them when I got home but they did not have the decency to reply! Bring Dennis back please . Still has the charm and atmosphere but they are not addressing complaints which was constructive .
