04/11/2025: I live in portumna and i used order from supermac’s all the time. All the staffs are good expect one named reba( I guess) . Everytime i called if she picking the call she says no strawberry milkshake( thats my girl wanted the most) . She never say yes but if someone else taking the order there is no problem at all. Its obvious that she gives excuse because she is not ready to make one. Very bad experience from that particular person. All other people are good.
03/10/2025: Portumna supermac's is probably the best ran place belonging to the chain always consistent with prompt service with nice staff 👍
