01/02/2025: My friends and I went to lunch, we all loved the food, which was lovely and hot. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We all agreed we would be going back again

Got 2 wraps a veggie breakfast a mini breakfast and a kids meal
Food was good priced very well only a couple of things let it down
Forgot the toast for the breakfast and forgot the chips for the veggie breakfast
rice in the salt shaker ( old school ) that comes out onto your food so you then have to pick grains of raw rice out of your food
The place is clean but need a revamp
Dirty ceiling tiles
no hot water to wash your hands
Hand dryer not working
Broken mirror in the bathroom
Toilet blocked and overflowing
Didn’t see a single member of staff once served food
Found the staff rude no mannerisms about them
But over all there for the food and that was good but everything else needs work

28/01/2025: stayed here with my family lately and had great time . Massive car park free of charge for residents which also has a leisure centre/spa in it which is automatically included in your stay . The food in the bar was great and the young man behind the bar who’s name I forgot but with a lovely head of hair as we told him … was more than helpful with telling us things to do and where to go when we needed directions. Would 100% recommend and come again . Also the manager Lisa who was checking on our table was amazing . From rooms to carvery to bar this is a lovely cozy establishment.

29/09/2024: Wow what a breath of fresh air to stay somewhere so clean and beautiful. The rooms were better than most hotels and the breakfast was superb . The host was also extremely nice . We just had a lovely stay and would be delighted to return . 100% recommend .

We travelled from Clare for a 2 day fishing competition and she treated us like we were her own

Mindful for what we were doing

And she made it her business to make sure we were catered for.! (Not many places do!)

23/01/2025: Trabajo en Dundrum y vengo aquà a almorzar todos los dÃas. Me encanta escuchar al personal aquà divertirse entre sà en el mostrador y tener la misma actitud acogedora con sus clientes. También tienen una increÃble selección de comida a precios aún mejores que no he encontrado en ningún otro lugar.
Sinceramente creo que nadie que haya escrito una mala crÃtica nunca ha trabajado en un restaurante ocupado antes. ¡Hay una razón por la que es tan popular!
Ps. gran fan de la sopa!
14/12/2024: Mi esposa y yo almorzamos aquà la semana pasada pero nunca más. 45 minutos esperando en un desayuno, un montón de clientes de llegada más tarde servido antes que nosotros, el personal pensando que una recarga de té podrÃa ser suficiente. Sin embargo, lo más notable fue la actitud desdeñosa del personal. Una actitud que no se centraba en el cliente, sino más bien en «¿qué es ahora, se acerca la actitud». Muy pobre.

14/02/2025: Coldest burger and chips we’ve ever had anywhere. Ordered there and then and took home which is a 3 minute drive away. Stone cold food. Very disappointing
12/02/2025: Asked for a veggie burger in there and the savage behind the counter threw a bit of lettuce between 2 bun's with red sauce on it and charged me €5 for it

27/03/2024: Did not stay in the hotel but we visited the restaurant and it was great!! Great selection of local dishes that are tasty and filling. The service was great and the dining room was very comfortable. I would definitely dine there again! You won't regret it!
