03/12/2024: I don't even know where to start with this, I was in your store today and I witnessed what can only be described as Bullying by a senior female member of staff/management on a young female member of your staff she told the young girl come with me NOW in a real unprofessional manner to the exit at the side of the building by the toilets. I had walked outside and was waiting by the door. The way the senior female member spoke to her was horrible, I over her the senior member saying you walk around talking your own language we don't do that here. The poor girl stated to cry it was utterly shameful behaviour and a man who was in the toilet also came out and said the same that poor girl is only 17 and is probably only building up her self confidence.
I wouldn't be surprised if the girl took litigation. I have contacted you head office in Galway and to HR and will be following up with an email. Shameful Carry on I won't be back.
25/11/2024: Just had the Festive 5oz Burger and it was fantastic. Needs to be on the menu all all year round

11/12/2024: This boss that's running this hotel now should be ashamed of him self as my self I'm a settled person from Longford as I was going in for dinner one Sunday a traveller family that I no to very well from my work place he would not let them in for lunch on a Sunday with there kids just because of where they came from travelling community very good people i no years he turn them away telin them it was a private day and that was why they were being told go away buy still I walk in sat and had dinner while theses people had to walk away the place should be closed down
10/12/2024: Only one small cup hot water 💦 they said to me had to charge one euro , we eat the meal here cos I can’t drink coffee and tea , I need a cup of water for my medicine 💊, only one cup water need ask the boss and the boss gave me horrible look

What a wonderful place to stay
The host
Freda is absolutely a lady
Took care of us so well
We travelled from Clare for a 2 day fishing competition and she treated us like we were her own
Kind
Generous
Mindful for what we were doing
Excellent food
Excellent accommodation
And she made it her business to make sure we were catered for.! (Not many places do!)

29/09/2024: Wow what a breath of fresh air to stay somewhere so clean and beautiful. The rooms were better than most hotels and the breakfast was superb . The host was also extremely nice . We just had a lovely stay and would be delighted to return . 100% recommend .

14/12/2024: Mi esposa y yo almorzamos aquí la semana pasada pero nunca más. 45 minutos esperando en un desayuno, un montón de clientes de llegada más tarde servido antes que nosotros, el personal pensando que una recarga de té podría ser suficiente. Sin embargo, lo más notable fue la actitud desdeñosa del personal. Una actitud que no se centraba en el cliente, sino más bien en «¿qué es ahora, se acerca la actitud». Muy pobre.
08/12/2024: El personal era amable, pidió nuestro almuerzo, cuando me dieron el pollo parmigiana, se veía increíble , estaba un poco frío, pero no le importó demasiado , pero cuanto más lejos comí en él el pollo era CRUDO, no es una buena experiencia para nosotros ,

20/09/2024: Chips were of poor quality potato and undercooked. Fresh cod? All lukewarm. Very disappointing, this used to be a great chipper. Even the pizza used to be great. Won't be back
