23/08/2025: A charming pub with a lovely musical atmosphere in the village of Killala.
We enjoyed a pint of Guinness, accompanied by breaded scampi and a stew floating in carrots.
The dishes are simple and not particularly exciting, but there's nothing better in the area, so we considered ourselves lucky to find a table, considering it was a late July evening.
21/08/2025: We had the dish of the day, Roast Beef. The Beef was dry and tough. The vegetables weren't fresh cooked and without any taste. The best of the meal were the chips.....
