15/09/2024: Came in here at 12.10 and asked for a breakfast, was told breakfast finished at 12. Which is fine, rules are rules but don’t find it very customer focused! Ordered a sandwich which stated it had an egg on it. When ordering I asked if it had mayo, it had egg mayo. I asked could I not have egg mayo and just cook an egg to put on it. This request was very oddly denied. Seems bizarre that a kitchen couldn’t cook an egg. Service leaves a lot to be desired! A pity as I’ve had good experiences here in the past!

The service was exceptional, greeted with a friendly smile, checked on throughout the meal and just overall so lovely. Food was amazing - extra hot and gorgeous couldn’t complain about anything! Myself and my husband are food critics! Honestly the best pub food we have had!!

11/08/2024: Didn't get anything there in a while as they've clearly gone downhill since Centra took over. Thought I'll give it another try, ordered online, order was confirmed and supposed to be ready in half an hour. When I went to collect it no one was there, I asked the guy in the Centra deli and he checked and apologized and said no one cooked it. He offered to cook it for me now but it would have been another 25mins so I asked for a refund instead. Don't think I'll try to get food there again, there's enough better options available. Pity to see how bad management has ruined the place.
