27/04/2025: I recently visited Rustic Wood-Fired Pizza and enjoyed a delicious meal. The pizza was perfectly baked, with that authentic wood-fired flavor, and the rosemary potatoes were a delightful accompaniment—crispy, herby, and full of flavor.
The atmosphere was quiet and pleasant, making it an ideal spot for a relaxed meal. While it is on the pricier side, the quality of the food certainly justifies the cost. If you're looking for a cozy dining experience with excellent food, Rustic Wood-Fired Pizza is worth a visit.

01/06/2025: Last night, after living in Celbridge for almost 3 years we decided to try Michelangelo restaurant. We where pleasantly greated and seated fast even though we did not have a reservation. The decor is well done and the restaurant has a upscale feel. This had my expectations for the food pretty high. But boy where we disappointed. Myself, my husband and my oldest son ordered pizza. As my husband is Italian he loves to order a margarita and believes this is the best way to judge a good pizza dough. The dough was so dense and dry. And the pizza just looked un appetizing to say the least. To be honest i have bought better pizza from tesco. I know getting a pizza dough perfect is not easy but this dough was just super sad. My husband was so disappointed with the pizzas we where presented with that after just one slice he called a server over to ask for something else. To the servers credit they where very polite and immediately offered to replace the meal with something else. My husband then got the cabonara though it was not inedible there was still raw egg white floating in the bottom of his bowl. It is very sad to say that we where highly disappointed and would only return for drinks and the service. Thank you to the staff you respected us enough to replace the meal in a kind and professional manner.

16/06/2025: We usually come here when we have something to celebrate. We used to love this restaurant. For the first time I have been very disappointed. It is now overpriced and the quality is down! Pizzas are ordinary and over €22, small expresso with a pinch of cream for €5. The milkshake was far from what we remembered. It spoils my outing when I feel like I'm being taken advantage of. We'll have to find a different restaurant from now on.
08/06/2025: Ordered Spaghetti Bolognese. Got Pasta & Tomatoe Sauce...very tart, little or no trace of meat & no Cheese. First & last. €16 . Takeaway.

01/06/2025: Poor food and poor service for the price you pay which would be considered a premium even in Dublin!
We came in at 4pm where there was no lunch/dinner rush and the staff weren't that interested in taking our order. At one point, there were 3 staff members crowded around their cashier (which was right next to us) and we had to ask if someone could take our order after waiting a few minutes staring at them.
We asked for table water and they brought a small carafe for 4 people which was clearly not enough and we had to flag it for someone to bring us more. €20.50 for a spaghetti bolognaise - you'd expect some actual flavour to it, didn't taste seasoned at all and a good portion of meat but there was barely any meat in it. I got the seafood risotto and while they were generous with the seafood, it tasted plain as well.
Found the plaques of awards misleading with the experience we had - bad food, bad service, bad value for money but nice ambience. We will not be back and unfortunately cannot recommend it.
24/05/2025: Chicken and chips €26…basic chicken fillet in bread crumbs..loads of salt on chips, and blob of mayonnaise on the place for garnish😂
Burglar and chips €20…nice enough

15/02/2025: This is our go-to takeaway and the food is always amazing.
Tonight they were very busy, which is a great sign in my opinion. Even though they were busy staff went out of their way to be nice - the owner helped me carry my order out to the car in the rain!
Cannot recommend enough.

25/01/2025: This was my first time eating at Donatellos. I usually avoid Italian food as it is dairy- and wheat-intensive, both of which I have intolerances to. I need not have worried. Donatellos had a vegan menu and a vast range of wheat-free alternatives and went through them over the phone with me in advance. The chargrilled vegetable starter was delicious, as was the mushroom risotto for main. To top it all, the dessert was a rare find for me - a gluten-free and vegan chocolate tart which was heavenly. Service was friendly and efficient and members of staff were well versed in allergens etc. My friends had various pizzas, pasta al mare dishes etc. and all enjoyed their choices. The décor is lovely and there's a good ambience. I'm looking forward to returning.

30/03/2025: What an ordeal i ordered on line for pick up went in collected our order it was not a small order when i got home was left short a 1/4 pounder meal rang to let them know to be told that I was not left short that he packed it him self so after been treated very bad by the staff member in question, i asked him to have it ready and i would drive in to pick it up he said he would have the meal delivered to me. So after a hour I have had to ring to see where it is to be told I would have to wait another 15min that he sending it now. The whole ordeal was so bad I never Been treated do so bad so my advice to any one ordering from Romayos Maynooth is check you have everything before you leave the shop.
The whole customer service was shocking never seen so bad, or been treated so bad as a customer

13/05/2024: I ordered 15 minutes in advance, they told me it will be ready in 25, no problem, even better to get it super hot. I got there 10 minutes ahead of their collection time and to my surprise, the pizza was already done and waiting in a warming cabinet?! I don't understand why you would do this as this type of pizza is meant to be eaten as soon as it comes out of the oven.
Too bad as dough seems to be nice and they use quality ingredients, but they mess everything up with terrible timing.
01/05/2024: ...to be honest I don't remember when I was last time eating PIZZA ( flour from the oven rather😃 ) Me and my wife Barbara decided to "show off" and bought a meal: not self-prepared. 17e GONE for one pizza with 3 toppings 👀😳
...so... I'm not a critic but: Tallaght Village Pizza deal : (pizza 7e one topping), Barbara bought 3x and 6 people happy supper eating on the church CarPark 😋
