30/01/2025: Everything was great but pizzas not cooked with wood, cooked in a gas oven. I really enjoyed the pizza but felt a bit disappointed as the name says "Marios Woodfired Pizza". A bit misleading maybe just change the name to Marios Pizza if you not cooking Woodfired Pizza because pizzas are really nice 👍🏿 ❤️ Everything else was excellent though.

07/12/2024: Review of Mario's Pizza I recently visited Mario's Pizza, and while the establishment has some positives, the overall experience was disappointing. First, the good: the restaurant itself is clean, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing. The staff is polite, professional, and creates a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, the pizza does not live up to expectations, especially given the price. At 20 euros for a 12-inch pizza, I was expecting something extraordinary. Instead, the pizza is very small, lacks a generous amount of ingredients, and—most importantly—is not tasty. The flavor is underwhelming, leaving you feeling like you've wasted your money. In summary, while the ambiance and service are great, the core product—the pizza—falls short. For the price, I expected much more in terms of taste and value. I wouldn’t recommend Mario’s unless they significantly improve the quality and size of their pizzas. 2/5.

04/02/2025: Food quality leaves a lot to be desired

22/01/2025: We had stopped in after shopping, we were very hungry and I ordered a burger as it was the most vegan free option I could find, the waitress suggested that she could tell the chef to make my burger lactose and vegan friendly, the service was great in that aspect although the food itself wasn't great. Good atmosphere in the restaurant although the food is severely overpriced for what came out on the plate, we had one course and water each and it still managed to cost over €20 per person.

25/01/2025: The staff here are all so friendly and welcoming. The place is spotless, well run and the food is great.

24/08/2024: Stephen & his team are fantastic. Always a pleasure to choose our take-away here, always fab, always delicious, perfectly cooked, served to us with a smile & graciousness. Superb!

01/01/2025: Booked a table online for my Husband's Birthday. Arrived exactly on time. The Hostess couldn't find my booking in her book. She asked me if I had booked online; I told her I had. She found my online booking and told me I'd have to wait while they cleared a table. That was fine. We stood in the very cramped entrance as several other families arrived after us and were immediately ushered to their tables and we were eventually seated after about 10 minutes. I didn't mind the wait; but I can't understand why we were bypassed by other customers who arrived after us. Also; when booking online, I was asked for any special requests. I asked for Happy Birthday to be sung to my Husband with dessert. This never happened. Very disappointed. Also the food is really not great!! Do not recommend.

03/12/2024: Great restaurant with delicious food, relaxing & friendly ambiance and very nice staff. I was very pleased to find a relaxing and cozy atmosphere , the food and wine I’ve ordered were exquisite and I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends and family .
