02/11/2025: Arrived here before going on a shopping spree for breakfast and have to say the food was amazing. I couldn't fault it at all.

29/10/2025: When we arrived it was quite not busy at all. We went here for breakfast. Three adults one ordered scrambled eggs the other two ordered scones coffee /tea. Tea &coffee was served okay after a long wait the scrambled eggs arrived. We thought the scones would be brought down now too but they never came. Called a waiter and explained we were still waiting on the scones. Eventually someone came to the table to tell us there was no scones this was over half an hour after ordering. So I ordered a croissant instead. The guy I ordered it from went off to bring food to other tables plus other things. Again I had to ask where the croissant was. Eventually with no tea or coffee left I called the waiter and said to cancel the croissant just bring the bill. Then the waitress came with the croissant to which I explained I didn't want it. We weren't even offered a fresh pot of tea because of the wait. Worse service I have ever experienced. Will never return here again.
