26/02/2026: I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an order I placed earlier today through Just Eat. There was an issue with the delivery location, and unfortunately my order was delivered to the wrong address. I received only one missed call from the delivery driver. When I returned the call, he informed me that the order had already been delivered and advised me to contact the restaurant directly. I then contacted the restaurant to explain the situation. Unfortunately, the staff member I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional and caused further unpleasant arguments. She made me even more upset. She did not introduce herself, and when I asked for her name, she refused to provide it, stating that she did not have to disclose her name and that she was the supervisor. During the conversation, she repeatedly blamed me for entering the wrong address, which I did not do. I have previously ordered from your restaurant without any issues. When I explained that the delivery driver had only attempted to contact me once, she responded sarcastically, asking whether the driver was expected to keep calling if I did not answer. She also asked in a sarcastic tone whether I wanted a refund or another pizza. I paid €32 for this order, and I believe it was unfair that the delivery driver handed my order to someone else without making further reasonable attempts to contact me. I later contacted Just Eat and was issued a refund, as there may have been an issue with the location services on the app. However, the manner in which I was treated by your staff member was unacceptable. I respectfully request that this matter be addressed and that the staff member involved provide an apology for her unprofessional conduct. I also hope that steps will be taken to ensure a higher standard of customer service in the future. If this matter is not resolved appropriately, I will consider raising the issue with the relevant consumer services authority. Thank you for your attention to this matter

04/02/2026: One of the worst pizza I ever had. I told him to make a pizza Mexican pizza with chicken but Halalover the phone. He said ok, made the pizza with meatballs. I returned the pizza asked him to change cause meatballs is not Halal in Apache so he starts arguments talk rubbish and rude attitude. I strongly recommend, do not buy pizza from this shop
